Location

The Hotel Residence Sol Garden Istra for Plava Laguna is located approximately 300 m from the rocky/pebble beach. It is about 5 km to the tourist center. The town of Umag is approximately 3 km away (Pula approx. 87 km). Shopping facilities are located about 30 km from the hotel, and a supermarket can be reached after about 300 m. The nearest bars and restaurants can also be reached after around 300 m. The airport (PUY) is approximately 90 km away.

Facilities

The 4-story resort hotel, last renovated in 2026, has 198 rooms distributed between a main building and 2 annex buildings. It is equipped with a 24-hour reception (check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out until 12:00 PM), a lobby with a bar, 3 elevators, air conditioning, a safe (free of charge), a kiosk, a parking lot (for a fee), a security entry system, and currency exchange facilities. For dining, there are 3 air-conditioned restaurants serving Mediterranean and typical Istrian cuisine, as well as a snack bar. Refreshing drinks can be enjoyed at the lobby bar and the pool bar. Wi-Fi is available to hotel guests free of charge. The outdoor area of this modern hotel with a water park includes 4 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool (open from May to October). These are 2 double rooms with a connecting door and park view (DFB).

Double room Premium

These rooms are more spacious than the double rooms with otherwise identical amenities and are located on the pool side (P2I/PDZ/PSK).
