Location

The hotel is located on a beautiful bay at the gateway to the Costa Smeralda, directly on the sandy beach. It is approx. 2.5 km to the center of Golfo Aranci. Shopping and entertainment options are located approx. 800 m away. In addition, Olbia (approx. 16 km) and Porto Rotondo (approx. 11 km) offer numerous leisure and entertainment options.

Facilities

Bright, curved hotel interior with colorful cushion bench and artistic floor pattern.
The family-friendly hotel features a reception, lobby, main restaurant, and beach restaurant (approx. June to September), Wi-Fi (main building and rooms 4* incl.), main bar with pool view and large terrace, as well as a beach bar with restaurant (approx. July to September). In the beautiful outdoor area with a wonderful view of the sea, there are two swimming pools, one of which is connected to an indoor pool in the wellness area. This pool is also heated and equipped with hydromassage loungers. Two loungers and one parasol are provided per room at the pool or in the garden. Beach loungers are available upon request and for a fee, subject to availability.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room

The approx. 25 m² double rooms are located in the 4-star section of the main building and feature a double bed, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, mini-fridge, and a furnished balcony. The mini-fridge can be stocked as a minibar upon request for a fee. For children up to 10 years old, a cot or a third single bed can be provided. Maximum occupancy: 3 people (2 adults and 1 child up to 10 years old). (DSU/DSR)

Family Suite

Equipped the same as the Superior double rooms, these also feature a bedroom with 2 single beds or bunk beds. The rooms are located in the 4* section of the main building (2FS). Also bookable as a Queen Family Suite (ASF) with an additional living area or with an additional second bathroom in the King Family Suite (FAG).

Studio

Consist of a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, fridge, kitchenette, safe, a terrace facing the garden, and a bunk bed in the entrance area. The apartments are located in the 3* Village section. Bed linen and towels as well as electricity and final cleaning are included, excluding the kitchenette (see hotel information).

Apartment

With the same equipment and location as the studios, these feature a separate bedroom with a double bed. The apartments are also located in the garden area. Bed linen and towels as well as electricity and final cleaning are included, excluding the kitchenette (see hotel information). (AA2)

Mare Family Suite Terrace

The approx. 30 m² Mare Family Suites are located on the ground floor of the new resort area and can accommodate up to 4 people. They feature a double room, a twin room, a bathroom with shower, and a private patio. (2FT)

Mare Sky Room

The approx. 18 m² Sky Rooms are designed for a maximum of 2 people and feature air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone, and safe. A special highlight is the spacious panoramic rooftop terrace with a private whirlpool and sea view. (SKY)
The Mare Sky rooms are only accessible via stairs and are therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Meals

Half Board

Breakfast in buffet form. Dinner is served at the table (appetizer and dessert buffet), drinks are not included.

Children's program

Miniclub for children from 3 to 10 years, a varied activity program, and an evening minidisco.
Baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.

Wellness

The "Aqua Vitalis" wellness area offers a sauna, a Turkish bath, a cold water pool, and a relaxation area, as well as a small fitness room. The offer is complemented by various cosmetic treatments and massages (for a fee).

Hotel services

Public parking free of charge (in the low season), garage upon request and subject to availability (advance reservation required), for a fee. Wi-Fi in public areas and in the rooms in the main building (incl.).
Beach towels are available for a fee of approx. 3 € per day.

Pets are not allowed.
The kitchenette must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise a surcharge of at least 50 € per studio or apartment will be charged.
Optionally, the following services can be added for an extra charge, payable locally:
QUEEN SERVICE: COMFORT service plus daily cleaning of the studios/apartments (excluding kitchenette), surcharge of approx. 100 € per day and apartment.
KING SERVICE: like Queen Service, additionally breakfast buffet, surcharge of approx. 130 € per day and apartment.
For guests with reduced mobility, prior notification to the hotel is required so that the suitability of the booked room can be checked.

Note

The cities and municipalities charge a tax, comparable to a tourist tax, which must be paid by the guest locally in cash for the duration of the stay. The amount of this tax can vary and is approx. 1 to 6 € per person (including children) per night.
