Location

The hotel is located in a beautiful bay at the gates of Costa Smeralda, directly on the sandy beach. Golfo Aranci center is about 2.5 km away. Shops and entertainment facilities are about 800 m away.

The family-friendly hotel has a reception, lobby, main and beach restaurant (June-September), Wi-Fi (4* main building and rooms included), panoramic restaurant, bar, a beach bar and a pool bar (with snack service). In the beautiful outdoor area with a magnificent view of the sea, there are 2 swimming pools, one of which is connected to an indoor pool in the spa area and can be heated. 2 loungers and 1 umbrella per room at the pool or on the hotel's beach area or in the garden are included. On the remaining beach section by the sea, they are available upon request, subject to availability and for a fee.

Double room

The friendly furnished rooms have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge, safe and a terrace facing the garden. The rooms are located in the 3* Village area on the ground floor. The rooms can also be booked as double rooms = single rooms (DEG).

Family suite

With the same amenities as the Superior double rooms, they also have a bedroom with 2 single beds or bunk beds. The rooms are located in the 4* area in the main building. Also bookable as Queen Family Suite (ASF) with an additional living area or with an additional second bathroom in the King Family Suite (FAG).

Studio

Consist of a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kitchenette, safe, a terrace facing the garden. There is a bunk bed in the entrance area. The apartments are located in the 3* Village area. Also bookable for 4 people, as type A. Bed linen, towels, electricity and final cleaning are included, except for the kitchenette (see hotel information).

Apartment

With the same amenities and location as the studios, they have a separate bedroom with a double bed. Apartments can also be booked in the garden area (AA2). Bed linen, towels, electricity and final cleaning are included, except for the kitchenette (see hotel information).

Superior double room

Double room, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, mini-fridge, balcony. The rooms are located in the 4* area in the main building. A third bed can be added for children up to 10 years old.

Note

The kitchenette must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise a surcharge of at least €50 per studio or apartment will be charged.
The following services can be booked optionally for an additional charge, payable locally:
QUEEN SERVICE: COMFORT Service plus daily cleaning of studios/apartments (except kitchenette) surcharge €100 per day and apartment.
KING SERVICE: same as Queen Service, plus breakfast buffet surcharge €130 per day and apartment.
The cities and municipalities levy a fee, comparable to a tourist tax, which must be paid in cash by the guest on site for the duration of their stay. The amount of this fee may vary and depends on the region, hotel category, length of stay, and age of the guest, among other factors.
