The hotel is situated on a beautiful bay at the gateway to the Costa Smeralda, directly on the sandy beach. It is approx. 2.5 km to the center of Golfo Aranci. Shopping and entertainment options are located approx. 800 m away. Furthermore, Olbia (approx. 16 km) and Porto Rotondo (approx. 11 km) offer numerous leisure and entertainment options.

The family-friendly hotel features a reception, lobby, main restaurant and beach restaurant (June to September), Wi-Fi (main building and 4* rooms incl.), main bar with pool view and large terrace, as well as a beach bar with restaurant (July to September). In the beautiful grounds with a magnificent view of the sea, there are two swimming pools, one of which is connected to an indoor pool in the wellness area. This pool is also heated and equipped with hydromassage loungers. Two sun loungers and one parasol per room are available by the pool or in the garden. Beach loungers are available upon request, subject to availability and for a fee.

Double room

The comfortably furnished rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge, safe, and a terrace facing the garden. The rooms are located in the 3* Village area on the ground floor. These rooms can also be booked as double room = single room (DEG).

Family suite

With the same amenities as the Superior double rooms, they additionally feature a bedroom with 2 single beds or a bunk bed. The rooms are located in the 4* area in the main building (2FS). Also bookable as a Queen Family Suite (ASF) with an additional living area, or with an additional second bathroom in the King Family Suite (FAG).

Studio

Consist of a combined living/bedroom with a sofa bed and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, fridge, kitchenette, safe, and a terrace facing the garden; there is a bunk bed in the entrance area. The apartments are located in the 3* Village area. Also bookable for 4 people as type A. Bed linen, towels, electricity, and final cleaning are included, excluding the kitchenette (see hotel notes).

Apartment

With the same amenities and location as the studios, these feature a separate bedroom with a double bed. Apartments can also be booked in the garden area (AA2). Bed linen, towels, electricity, and final cleaning are included, excluding the kitchenette (see hotel notes).

Superior double room

Double room, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, mini-fridge, balcony. The rooms are located in the 4* area in the main building. A third bed can be provided for children up to 10 years old.

Breakfast in buffet form. Dinner is served at the table (appetizer and dessert buffet), drinks are not included.

The "Aqua Vitalis" wellness area offers a sauna, a Turkish bath, a cold plunge pool, a relaxation area, and a small fitness room. The offer is complemented by various cosmetic treatments and massages (for a fee).
