Located in the Kolymbia holiday area, in a quiet environment, approx. 1.8 km from the beautiful sandy/pebble beach and approx. 800 m from the center. Here you will find numerous tavernas, bars, and cafes. A shuttle service from the hotel to the beach is offered 4 times daily (included, 10:15 AM, 10:30 AM, 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM).

The small, very family-run holiday complex consists of five buildings with a total of 120 rooms. The main building houses a lounge with a reception, internet corner (for a fee), Wi-Fi (for a fee, included in public areas from Summer 2026), and a mini-market. The restaurant is located in one of the annex buildings within the hotel complex. In the outdoor area, there is a small garden, a BBQ area, 2 swimming pools, and a cozy seating terrace with 2 pool bars, all presented in a fresh design. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included on the sun terrace, and available for a fee on the beach. Bath towels are available for a fee. Additionally, the hotel offers some lounge sofas and chill-out lounges in the outdoor area.

These rooms, renovated in a new design for Summer 2024, offer the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms and are located in the main building (DAS/3UR).

Double Room Superior Poolside/private garden

The Double Rooms Superior Poolside/Private Garden were completely renovated in Summer 2023 and are located on the ground floor near the large swimming pool in the rear of the main building. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer and slippers, shampoo & shower gel, cosmetic mirror, air conditioning (included throughout the season), rental safe, satellite TV (55-inch) with HDMI connection, telephone, Wi-Fi (included in public areas), coffee/tea maker. The terrace offers a small private garden area with comfortable seating. From here, it's just a few steps to cool off in the large swimming pool landscape (DSF).

These rooms, renovated in a fresh design since Summer 2023, are modernly furnished and, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior Poolside/private garden, feature an outdoor terrace in the garden with a small private pool, sun loungers, and seating (U2P) - bookable from 14 years of age.
Also available for single occupancy (U1P).

Junior Suite priv. garden renovated

The Junior Suites private garden have also been renovated in a fresh design since Summer 2023. They offer the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior Poolside/private garden, are more spacious, and feature a combined living/sleeping area, as well as a private garden with a chill-out lounge, a terrace with seating, and are located near the large pool (RJG).
Also available for single occupancy (GJ1).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style in the renovated main restaurant. Twice a week, there are themed evenings (Italian Night, Greek Night, Mexican Night, Chinese Night). Every Monday, there is a Greek BBQ night.

Breakfast buffet from 7 AM to 11 AM with show cooking. Lunch from 1 PM to 3 PM and dinner from 7 PM to 9 PM are also offered as a buffet, each featuring a Greek corner with local specialties. Twice a week, there are themed evenings (Italian, Greek, Mexican, or Chinese Night). Every Monday, there is a Greek BBQ night at the grill area in the garden.
In the afternoon, coffee, tea, and homemade cake are available from 4 PM to 6 PM.
Guests can enjoy local alcoholic beverages (beer, red and white wine, ouzo, and brandy) and non-alcoholic drinks (water, soft drinks) from 11 AM to midnight at the main pool bar. The small pool bar opens from 6 PM to midnight and also offers whisky and gin.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy
