Location

In the holiday area of Kolymbia, in a quiet setting, approx. 1.8 km from the beautiful sand/pebble beach and approx. 800 m from the center. There are numerous tavernas, bars, and cafes here. A hotel shuttle service to the beach is offered 4x daily (included, 10:15 am, 10:30 am, 2:00 pm, and 4:00 pm).

The small, family-run holiday complex consists of five buildings with a total of 120 rooms. The main building features a lounge with a reception, internet corner (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included in public areas), and a mini-market. The restaurant is located in one of the adjacent buildings within the hotel complex. The outdoor area includes a small garden, a BBQ area, two swimming pools, and a cozy seating terrace with a fresh design and two pool bars. Sun loungers and parasols are included on the sun terrace; they are available for a fee at the beach. Bath towels are available for a fee. The hotel also offers several lounge sofas and chill-out zones in the outdoor area.

Superior Double Room renovated Dimitri Style

With the same amenities as the Superior double rooms, these were renovated in a new design for summer 2024 and are located in the main building (DAS/3UR).

Superior Double Room Poolside/Private Garden

The Superior double rooms Poolside/Private Garden have been completely renovated since summer 2023 and are located on the ground floor near the large swimming pool in the rear part of the main building. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer and slippers, shampoo & shower gel, cosmetic mirror, air conditioning (included throughout the season), rental safe, satellite TV (55 inch) with HDMI connection, telephone, Wi-Fi (included in public areas), coffee/tea maker. The terrace offers a small private garden area with comfortable seating. From here, it is just a few steps to cool off in the large swimming pool landscape (DSF).

Superior Double Room Private Pool (from 14 years)

These rooms, renovated in a fresh design since summer 2023, are modernly furnished and have the same amenities as the Superior double rooms Poolside/Private Garden, plus an outdoor terrace in the garden with a small private pool, sun loungers, and seating (U2P) – bookable from age 14. Also available for single use (U1P).

Junior Suite Private Garden renovated

The Junior suites Private Garden have also been renovated in a fresh design since summer 2023. They feature the same amenities as the Superior double rooms Poolside/Private Garden but are more spacious, with a combined living/sleeping area as well as a private garden with a chill-out lounge, terrace with seating, and are located near the large pool (RJG). Also available for single use (GJ1).

The Junior suites are located in the main building, renovated in a new design since summer 2024, and feature a combined living/sleeping area, walk-in shower/WC, slippers, air conditioning (included throughout the season), telephone, rental safe, Wi-Fi (included in public areas), mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, 55'' satellite TV with HDMI connection (approx. 10 German channels), and a balcony (JS2/JSI). Also available for single use (JS1).

Buffet breakfast 7 am–11 am with show cooking. Lunch 1 pm–3 pm and dinner 7 pm–9 pm are also offered as a buffet and each include a Greek corner with local specialties. Theme nights twice a week (Italian, Greek, Mexican, or Chinese night). Every Monday there is a Greek BBQ evening at the grill area in the garden.
In the afternoon, there is coffee, tea, and homemade cake 4 pm–6 pm.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 € per day and room starting Jan 1, 2025.
