Location

In the Kolymbia resort area, in a quiet environment, approx. 1.8 km from the beautiful sand/pebble beach and approx. 800 m from the center. There are numerous tavernas, bars, and cafes here. A shuttle service from the hotel to the beach is offered 4 times daily (included, 10:15 AM, 10:30 AM, 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM).

The small, very family-run holiday complex consists of five buildings with a total of 120 rooms. The main building houses a lounge with a reception, internet corner (for a fee), Wi-Fi (for a fee, included in public areas from Summer 2026), and a mini-market. The restaurant is located in one of the adjacent buildings within the hotel complex. The outdoor area features a small garden, a BBQ area, 2 swimming pools, and a cozy seating terrace with 2 pool bars, all shining with fresh design. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included on the sun terrace, and available for a fee on the beach. Bath towels are available for a fee. Additionally, the hotel offers some lounge sofas and chill-out lounges in the outdoor area.

The Superior Double Rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, telephone, safe (rental), Wi-Fi (for a fee, included in public areas from Summer 2026), mini-fridge, flat-screen TV (10 German channels), air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (2UR).
Also available as a single occupancy room (1UR/1RU) or as a Double Room Superior Promo (2RP), also for single occupancy (1RP), upon request.

Double Room Superior VIP, renovated (bookable until end of 2025)

With the same amenities as the Double Room Superior, this room includes air conditioning (included for the entire season), shower gel, slippers, coffee/tea making facilities (refilled daily), and Wi-Fi (included). A beach bag with 2 towels and 2 laundry clips per room can be borrowed at the reception (towel change €2) (2VR/IVR).

Premium Superior VIP, renovated (bookable until end of 2025)

With the same amenities as the Double Room Superior VIP, this room additionally features a reserved private area with loungers, a table, and a chair directly by the pool area (R2).

Double Room Superior renovated Dimitri Style

These rooms, renovated in a new design for Summer 2024, have the same amenities as the Double Room Superior and are located in the main building (DAS/3UR).

Double Room Superior Poolside/private garden

These Double Rooms Superior Poolside/Private Garden have been completely renovated since Summer 2023 and are located on the ground floor near the large swimming pool in the rear part of the main building. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer and slippers, shampoo & shower gel, cosmetic mirror, air conditioning (included for the entire season), safe (rental), satellite TV (55-inch) with HDMI connection, telephone, Wi-Fi (included in public areas), and coffee/tea making facilities. The terrace offers a small private garden area with comfortable seating. From here, it's just a few steps to cool off in the large swimming pool complex (DSF).

These rooms, renovated in a fresh design since Summer 2023, are modernly furnished and, with the same amenities as the Double Room Superior Poolside/Private Garden, feature an outdoor terrace in the garden with a small private pool, sun loungers, and seating (U2P) - bookable from 14 years old. Also available for single occupancy (U1P).

Junior Suite Private Garden renovated

The Junior Suites Private Garden have also been renovated in a fresh design since Summer 2023. With the same amenities as the Double Room Superior Poolside/Private Garden, they are more spacious and feature a combined living/sleeping area, as well as a private garden with a chill-out lounge, terrace with seating, and are located near the large pool (RJG). Also available for single occupancy (GJ1)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form at the renovated main restaurant. Twice a week, there is a themed evening (Italian Night, Greek Night, Mexican Night, Chinese Night). Every Monday, there is a Greek BBQ evening.

Breakfast buffet from 7 AM to 11 AM with show cooking. Lunch from 1 PM to 3 PM and dinner from 7 PM to 9 PM are also offered as a buffet, each featuring a Greek corner with local specialties. Twice a week, there is a themed evening (Italian, Greek, Mexican, or Chinese Night). Every Monday, there is a Greek BBQ evening at the grill area in the garden.
In the afternoon, coffee, tea, and homemade cake are available from 4 PM to 6 PM.
Guests can enjoy national alcoholic drinks (beer, red and white wine, Ouzo, and brandy) and non-alcoholic drinks (water, soft drinks) from 11 AM to midnight at the large pool bar. The small pool bar is open from 6 PM to midnight and also offers whisky and gin.
