The Gennadi Grand Resort is quietly located directly on the pebble beach, nestled in idyllic scenery with a view of Gennadi Bay. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity (approx. 7 km away). The airport is about 67 km away.

The extensive complex features 300 rooms and offers a spacious reception, lobby with a lounge area, lobby bar, and the "Grevin" Bar (for a fee). For culinary variety, there is the main restaurant "Filoxenia", an exclusive breakfast restaurant "Level 2" (for a fee, included with bookings of room categories Suite S2 or higher), the Fine Dining restaurant "Edesma" (for a fee), the Premium Gin Bar "Grevin Bar- Gin Club" (for a fee), the à la carte restaurant "Ten2One" with Mediterranean cuisine, the Grill Restaurant "στK", and a traditional Greek restaurant "Οuζo". The facilities also include a Spa & Health Club, a mini-market, a souvenir shop, and a hairdresser. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The well-maintained outdoor area features 3 swimming pools, a separate children's pool, sun terraces, the pool restaurant "Blε", 2 pool/snack bars "O Bar" and "Wet", and a beach deli "Aλati" (weather permitting). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Parking is available free of charge at the hotel (subject to availability).

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board/All Inclusive Plus

Breakfast and dinner served buffet-style.
Guests booking Suites or higher categories (S2/SI, S2M, SP2, IP2, 2G2, 2ZM, 2OP, 22O) can opt to have breakfast in the Level 2 restaurant (twice a week).
With Half Board, guests can swap dinner for lunch.
Vegetarian or gluten-free meals can be prepared. Please inform the reception in advance.
The exclusive à la carte breakfast at the "Level 2" restaurant is included twice for guests of Suites and 2-bedroom Suites with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Guests in other room categories can enjoy breakfast at Level 2 for an additional charge and subject to availability.
Smart casual dress code is requested for dinner. Dinner is also available in the gourmet restaurant, grill restaurant, tavern, or other à la carte restaurants for an additional charge. Reservation required 1 day in advance.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive Plus

Buffet breakfast (7:00-10:30) and late risers' breakfast (10:30-11:00). Lunch in the main restaurant from 12:30-14:30. Dinner from 19:00-21:30 with live cooking (once a week) served buffet-style.
Guests may choose to dine in one of the à la carte restaurants (Ten2One, Grill Restaurant, and Greek Restaurant) once a week (minimum stay of 7 nights / reservation required 1 day in advance).
For lunch, guests can dine in 3 different restaurants as an alternative to the main restaurant (12:00-16:00, reservation sometimes required).
Additionally, snacks are available from 12:00 to 18:00.
The minibar is stocked with various beverages upon arrival for All Inclusive guests.
A selection of international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the open bar from 11:00 to 0:00. Drinks offered in the restaurants include various wines, beers, soft drinks, juices, and mineral water (still and sparkling). At the bars, additional international spirits are available (excluding champagne, cognac, and special whiskies).
Free entry to the Kozeen Spa. With a reservation, the indoor pool, sauna, and steam bath can be used.
All Inclusive Plus begins at 12:00 on the day of arrival and is valid until the guest's departure from the hotel. Any consumption at outlets open after midnight will incur an additional charge.

Note for climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day per room.
