The Gennadi Grand Resort is located in a quiet area, directly on a pebble beach in the middle of an idyllic landscape overlooking the bay of Gennadi. Shopping and entertainment options are located in the vicinity (approx. 7 km away). The airport is approx. 67 km away.

The sprawling resort complex has 300 rooms and offers a spacious 24-hour reception, lobby with seating area, lobby bar, and "Grevin" bar (for a fee). Culinary variety is provided by the main restaurant "Filoxenia", an exclusive breakfast restaurant "Level 2" (for a fee; included when booking suite categories S2 or higher), the fine dining restaurant "Edesma" (for a fee), the premium gin bar "Grevin Bar- Gin Club" (for a fee), the à-la-carte restaurant "Ten2One" serving Mediterranean cuisine, the grill restaurant "στK", and the traditional Greek restaurant "Οuζo". Further facilities include a Spa & Health Club, a mini-market, a souvenir shop, and a hair salon. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. Meals

Breakfast/Half board/All Inclusive Plus

Breakfast and dinner in buffet form.
When booking suites or higher categories (S2/SI, S2M, SP2, IP2, 2G2, 2ZM, 2OP, 22O), guests can optionally have breakfast at the Level 2 restaurant (2x per week).
When booking half board, guests can optionally swap dinner for lunch.
Vegetarian or gluten-free meals can be prepared. Please notify the reception.
Exclusive à-la-carte breakfast in the "Level 2" restaurant is included for guests in suites and 2-bedroom suites for two visits during a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Guests of other room categories have the option of using breakfast in Level 2 for an additional charge and subject to availability.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner. For an additional charge, dinner is optionally possible in the gourmet restaurant, grill restaurant, the tavern, or other à-la-carte restaurants. Reservation 1 day in advance required.

All Inclusive Plus

Breakfast buffet (7-10:30 am) and late riser breakfast (10:30-11 am). Lunch in the main restaurant from 12:30-2:30 pm. Dinner from 7-9:30 pm with live cooking (1x per week) in buffet form.
Dinner as Dine Around:
Optionally, dinner can be taken once a week in one of the à-la-carte restaurants (Ten2One, grill restaurant, and Greek restaurant):
-Stay 3-4 nights: 1x weekly in one of the 3 restaurants
-Stay 5-6 nights: 2x weekly in 2 of the 3 restaurants
-Stay 7-9 nights: 3x weekly, once in each of the 3 restaurants
-Stay 10-11 nights: 3x weekly, once in each restaurant, plus 1x free choice
-Stay 12-13 nights: 3x weekly, once per restaurant, plus 2x free choice
-Stay 14 nights: 6x weekly, twice per restaurant
For lunch, guests can alternatively eat in two different restaurants instead of the main restaurant (12-4 pm, reservations partially required).
Additionally, snacks are available from 12-6 pm.
The minibar is stocked with various drinks upon arrival for All Inclusive guests.
Various international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the respective open bar from 10 am-12 am. The drink selection in the restaurants includes various wines, beers, soft drinks, juices, mineral water (sparkling and still); additional international spirits are available at the bars (excluding champagne, cognac, and special whiskey brands).
Free entry to the Kozeen Spa. Upon reservation, the indoor pool, sauna, and steam bath can be used.
All Inclusive Plus starts on the arrival day at 12 pm and is valid until the guest departs from the hotel. Any consumption in outlets that are open after midnight is subject to an additional charge.
When booking suites or higher categories (S2/SI, S2M, SP2, IP2, 2G2, 2ZM, 2OP, 22O), guests can optionally have breakfast at the Level 2 restaurant (2x per week).

At the Olea Kids Club, children from 4 to 12 years old experience carefree holiday moments full of creativity, play, and discovery. Inspired by the olive tree – the symbol of growth, connection, and home – the concept draws on the traditional history of the Minnetos family, whose over 100-year-old olive trees now form the heart of the resort. In a lovingly designed "home-away-from-home" atmosphere, young guests can freely unfold, explore nature, and make new friends. The best entertainment is provided by Olive, the cheerful club character who takes the children on exciting adventures and ensures many unforgettable holiday memories.
The varied program includes creative outdoor activities, small scientific experiments, imaginative "potion making," as well as exciting treasure hunts in nature. The Kids Club is open daily in the morning from 10 am to 1 pm and in the afternoon from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The offer is supplemented by atmospheric evening activities on selected days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 pm to 9 pm), where children can, for example, discover the starry sky, take part in small camp experiences, or let off steam with team challenges.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 1.1.2025.
