The Gennadi Grand Resort is situated in a quiet location, directly on a pebble beach amidst an idyllic landscape overlooking the bay of Gennadi. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity (approx. 7 km away). The airport is approx. 67 km away.

The spacious complex has 300 rooms and offers a large 24-hour reception, lobby with seating area, lobby bar and "Grevin" bar (for a fee). Culinary variety is provided by the main restaurant "Filoxenia", an exclusive breakfast restaurant "Level 2" (for a fee, included when booking Suite S2 categories or higher), the fine dining restaurant "Edesma" (for a fee), premium gin bar "Grevin Bar- Gin Club" (for a fee), the à la carte restaurant "Ten2One" with Mediterranean cuisine, the grill restaurant "στK" and a traditional Greek restaurant "Οuζo". Further facilities include a Spa & Health Club, minimarket, souvenir shop, and a hair salon. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Breakfast/Half board/All Inclusive Plus

Breakfast and dinner in buffet form.
When booking suites or higher categories (S2/SI,S2M,SP2,IP2,2G2,2ZM,2OP,22O), guests can optionally have breakfast in the Level 2 restaurant (twice weekly).
When booking half board, guests can optionally swap dinner for lunch.
Vegetarian or gluten-free meals can be prepared. Please register this at reception.
The exclusive à la carte breakfast in the "Level 2" restaurant is included for guests of suites and 2-bedroom suites for two visits with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Guests in other room categories have the option to use breakfast in Level 2 for an additional charge and subject to availability.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner. For an additional charge, dinner is optionally available in the gourmet restaurant, grill restaurant, at the tavern, or in the other à la carte restaurants. Reservation required 1 day in advance.

Breakfast buffet (7:00-10:30) and late riser breakfast (10:30-11:00). Lunch in the main restaurant from 12:30-14:30. Dinner from 19:00-21:30 with live cooking (once per week) in buffet form.

Optionally, dinner can be taken once weekly in one of the à la carte restaurants (Ten2One, grill restaurant, and Greek restaurant):

For lunch, guests can alternatively dine in two different restaurants instead of the main restaurant (12:00-16:00, reservation partly required).

The minibar is filled with various drinks upon arrival for guests with All Inclusive.
Various international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the respective open bar from 10:00-00:00. The drink selection in the restaurants includes various wines, beers, soft drinks, juices, mineral water (sparkling and still); additional international spirits are available at the bars (excluding champagne, cognac, and special whiskey brands).
Free entry to the Kozeen Spa. With a reservation, the indoor pool, sauna, and steam bath can be used.
All Inclusive Plus begins on the day of arrival at 12:00 and is valid until the guest's departure from the hotel. Any consumption in outlets open after midnight is subject to an additional charge.

At the Olea Kids Club, children aged 4 to 12 experience carefree holiday moments full of creativity, play, and discovery. Inspired by the olive tree – the symbol of growth, connection, and home – the concept draws on the traditional history of the Minnetos family, whose over 100-year-old olive trees form the heart of the resort today. In a lovingly designed "home-away-from-home" atmosphere, young guests can unfold freely, explore nature, and make new friends. The cheerful club mascot, Olive, provides the best entertainment, taking children on exciting adventures and creating many unforgettable holiday memories.
The varied program includes creative outdoor activities, small scientific experiments, imaginative "Potion Making," as well as exciting nature treasure hunts. The Kids Club is open daily from 10:00 to 13:00 and in the afternoons from 15:30 to 18:30. The offer is complemented by atmospheric evening activities on selected days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 19:30 to 21:00), where children can, for example, discover the starry sky, take part in small camp experiences, or let off steam with team challenges.

Destination information - Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is graduated from 1.1.2025 from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
