The Hotel Rethymno Village is located in the resort of Platanias, approx. 6 km east of Rethymnon. The city, with its historic center surrounding the "Fortezza" fortress, is easily accessible by bus or taxi. Numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The beautiful 7 km long sandy/pebble beach is only 100 m away. Heraklion Airport is approx. 77 km away and Chania Airport is approx. 72 km away. A bus stop is approx. 50 m from the hotel. A bus stop can be reached after approx. 100 m.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
