Location

The Rethymno Village hotel is located in the resort of Platanias, approx. 6 km east of Rethymnon. The town with its historic center around the "Fortezza" fortress is easily accessible by bus or taxi. Numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The beautiful sandy/pebble beach, 7 km long, is only 100 m away. Heraklion Airport is approx. 77 km away and Chania Airport approx. 72 km.

Facilities

The Rethymno Village hotel has 137 rooms and offers a reception area with a 24-hour reception, luggage room, lounge with terrace, TV corner, bar, and main restaurant with terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. In the garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (included), and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available at the beach for a fee, and pool towels can also be purchased for a fee. Parking spaces are available for guests in the outdoor area.

Breakfast (7:30-9:30 AM), lunch (12:15-2:15 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:00 PM) served buffet-style. Snacks at the pool bar from 11 AM to 12 PM and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, ice cream between 12:30 PM and 9:00 PM, and coffee/tea and cake between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM. Local non-alcoholic drinks from 10 AM to 11 PM and local beer, rosé, and white wine from 10 AM to 11 PM at the respective open bar are included. A coffee machine for black coffee, cappuccino, and espresso is available for self-service from 7:30 AM to 11 PM.
