Location

In a quiet location, separated from the beautiful sandy beach of Plakias only by a promenade. The center of Plakias is about a 5-minute walk away. The city of Rethymno is approx. 35 km away. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 110 km and to Chania Airport approx. 95 km.

The well-maintained apartment complex has a total of 45 rooms and offers its guests a lobby with a reception (Wi-Fi is available at the reception and is included). In the lush green outdoor area, there are 3 freshwater swimming pools and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are provided free of charge.

The well-equipped studios consist of a combined living/sleeping area and have a bathroom/WC, modernly furnished kitchen, dining area, refrigerator, air conditioning (included), satellite TV, safe, and terrace (S12). Also bookable for single use only (S11).

Apartment

The apartments, with the same amenities as the studios, additionally have 1 separate bedroom and a balcony or terrace (A12/A2I). Optionally also available for single use (A11) or bookable as an apartment with 2 separate bedrooms (A22).

Superior Apartment

These apartments have the same amenities as the standard apartments but include 2 bedrooms and have been renovated (2AU).

Destination information for climate resilience

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01/01/2025.
