Location

The Apollo Plakias is a small aparthotel in a quiet location, only approx. 150 m from the sandy beach of Plakias. The nearest bars and restaurants can be reached after approx. 50 m, and the town of Rethymno is approx. 35 km away. Chania International Airport is about 120 km away and Heraklion Airport is 130 km away.

Facilities

The small complex with only 34 rooms has a lobby with reception (staffed from 9 am to 10 pm), luggage storage and a breakfast lounge. The swimming pool is located in the garden area and a pool/snack bar provides refreshments and food.
Since summer 2024, the pool area has been renovated and offers new sun loungers and parasols (included) as well as a renovated pool/snack bar and a newly designed garden area. Sunshades and loungers are included at the pool, and available for a fee at the public beach. Bath towels are available for a fee.
Wi-Fi is included in the rooms.

Deluxe double room renovated

The Deluxe double rooms are freshly renovated and feature a shower/WC with hairdryer and toiletries. They are also equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, telephone, safe, flatscreen TV, mini-fridge with one bottle of water daily, ceiling fan, coffee/tea making facilities with daily replenishment, Nespresso machine (including two capsules per day, further ones for a fee) and balcony (DD2).
Also bookable for single use (DD1/1TA).

Deluxe studio renovated

Equipped the same as the Deluxe double rooms, they additionally feature a kitchenette with fridge, hot plate, kettle and kitchen equipment as well as a dining table and are also renovated (DX2/G2I).
