The spacious rooms are designed in a Mediterranean style, are located in the garden area on the ground floor or the first floor. With the same amenities as the double rooms, they feature a balcony or terrace with garden view (BG2).

Double Room Superior Panorama Sea View

The stylishly designed Double Room Superior Panorama Sea View is located on the fourth floor of the main building and impresses with its elevated position and the associated panoramic view over the sea. With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, they feature a bathtub (K2Q).

Family Bungalow

The family bungalows consist of two separate sleeping areas, equipped with one double bed and two sofa beds. The modern bathroom features two washbasins, a bathtub, and a separate shower cabin. Toiletries, bathrobes, hairdryer, and a magnifying mirror are also available. Furthermore, the rooms feature individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, telephone, coffee/tea station, and a terrace. The large, family-friendly bungalows are located on the ground floor of the quiet garden area. Certain units feature two separate bedrooms with sliding doors (FB2).

Family Bungalow Superior

The large, family-friendly bungalows are located on the ground floor or the first floor of the quiet garden area. The bathroom features a washbasin and a bathtub. The bungalow also offers a combined living/sleeping area with two single sofa beds and a separate bedroom with a double bed, with otherwise the same amenities as the family bungalows. The Family Bungalow Superior is, however, more spacious and features a balcony or terrace (BSF).

Maisonette

The maisonette apartments are located in the garden area of the resort and span two levels with access on the ground floor and a sleeping area on the upper floor. Two bathrooms are provided. The first bathroom features a washbasin and a bathtub, while the second room has a washbasin and a shower. Designed in the style of traditional village bungalows, the maisonettes have been tastefully modernized and offer a pleasant mix of comfort and atmosphere. On the ground floor is the main bedroom with a double four-poster bed, while a staircase leads to the separate sleeping area for children, equipped with a bunk bed. The open-plan design allows visual contact between the levels. Furthermore, the maisonettes feature individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, telephone, coffee/tea station, and a terrace (M2).

The deluxe family bungalows with balcony are located in the garden area of the resort. The rooms are situated on the first floor of the complex and offer a beautiful view of the blooming Mediterranean gardens. The bungalow features two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Family Room Sea View

The spacious family room with a fantastic sea view consists of two separate sleeping areas with a connecting door. Each sleeping area has its own private bathroom with shower/WC. The room is equipped with two double beds or one double bed and a twin bed, as well as two additional single sofa beds. Other amenities include individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, telephone, coffee/tea station, and a balcony or terrace (F2M).

Suite Palace Panoramic Sea View

The Suite Palace Panoramic Sea View is located on the top floor of the main building and delights with a fantastic, panoramic sea view. Amenities include a king-size bed and a single sofa bed as well as a luxurious marble bathroom with two washbasins and a bathtub. The spacious balcony offers plenty of space to relax with an impressive view over the sea and the surroundings. Other amenities include individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, telephone, coffee/tea station, and a balcony (S2M).

Family Bungalow Suite Palace

The large Palace bungalow suites with two separate bedrooms are located in the quiet garden area on the ground floor or the first floor. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed; the living area features two single beds or alternatively a double bed. Two bathrooms provide additional comfort. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a shower, the other with a bathtub. With the same amenities as the Suite Palace Panoramic Sea View, these rooms feature a terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols (BDF).
Alternatively, the room is bookable with side sea view (2BS).

Bungalow Suite Seafront Private Pool

These particularly carefully renovated bungalows with luxurious interiors are located directly on the beach. Each of these suites has a private courtyard with its own pool. Room amenities include a king-size bed and an additional single sofa bed. The marble bathroom features a washbasin, hydromassage bathtub, and a separate shower cabin. In addition, the rooms offer individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, telephone, and a coffee/tea station. To round off comfort and privacy, the courtyard has been equipped with a private pavilion, sun loungers, and garden furniture for dining and relaxing. The bungalow suites also feature a private entrance courtyard. Direct access from the room to the beach is provided (2BM).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Careful behavior and special attention when using this area are requested.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children.

The luxurious bungalows feature a private entrance courtyard, an impressive outdoor area, a separate living area with hand-carved furniture, and a private pool that adorns the secluded outdoor terrace.
The accommodation has a king-size bed and two sofa beds. The marble bathroom is high-quality equipped with a hydromassage bathtub and a separate shower cabin. To round off comfort and privacy, the courtyard has been equipped with a private pavilion, sun loungers, and garden furniture for dining and relaxing. The bungalow suites also feature a private entrance courtyard and private pool. Direct access from the room to the beach is provided. Furthermore, a terrace is available, which provides shade during the day (2QM).

The hotel has a carefully compiled half-board concept with a large selection of dishes and flavors. Breakfast is available from 7:30-10:30, dinner from 18:30-21:30.

All Inclusive

LUXME All Inclusive

The Grecotel Creta Palace offers unique restaurants and bars for a comprehensive gastronomic offering.
As the main restaurant, "Labyrinth" offers rich buffets, show cooking, and local specialties from Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine. Breakfast is from 7:30-10:30, lunch from 12:30-14:30, and dinner from 18:30-21:30. In addition, a children's menu is available from 11:00-17:00.
Lunch can optionally be taken at King Minos as well as in the Ariadne Brasserie with free dishes from the LUXME snack menu or a la carte with a credit of 20 € per adult and 10 € per child.
For dinner, in addition to the main restaurant, four complimentary à-la-carte restaurants, including dinner at Agreco Farm, are available to choose from. Participating restaurants include: Labyrinth, La Trattoria, Pavilions, King Minos Greek Gastronomy, and Agreco Dine Out. À-la-carte dinners are available once per stay of 7 nights. A reservation is required. Please note that the transfer to Agreco Farm is not included in the price.
Guests can also dine in the non-participating restaurants (Sky Bar – adults only, RITHY Antica Taverna, and Kafeneio) using a credit of 20 € per adult and 10 € per child.

The RITHY Antica Taverna, located in the heart of the "Village Quartier" and named after ancient Rethymno, invites you from 18:30-21:30 to a Greek culinary experience full of warmth.
The "King Minos" pool restaurant invites you to dine throughout the day – whether hearty snacks, various delicacies, fine crepes, or handcrafted ice cream, everything is just a stone's throw from the water. Twice a week, the King Minos pool restaurant opens its doors for dinner, bringing the warm atmosphere of a traditional Greek tavern to this popular setting.
The "Sky Bar" offers fine dining and cocktails with a breathtaking panoramic view from 19:00-23:30. Reservation required, adults-only.
In the heart of the resort is the "Ariadne" brasserie, which spoils guests from 10:30-18:00 with snacks, salads, and family-friendly menus.
The small kafeneion "The Beautiful Hellas" entices with authentic drinks like Ouzo and Raki or coffee and tea, served in a traditional style, from 18:30-22:30.
The "Talos Lobby Bar" invites you to linger from 10:00-00:00 indoors or on the terrace.
At the Caretta-Caretta beach bar, there are light snacks and refreshments from 10:30-18:00 directly on the beach.
An additional highlight is the "Agreco Farm Taverna," owned by Grecotel founder Nikos Daskalantonakis, which uses mainly organic Cretan products. Open daily from April to October from 10:00-18:00. Guided tours and dinners are available daily from 18:30 (reservation required).

Destination information - Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is graduated from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 1.1.2025.
