The open design allows visual contact between the levels (M2).

The Deluxe Family Bungalows with balcony are located in the resort's garden area. The rooms are on the first floor of the complex, offering a beautiful view of the blooming Mediterranean gardens. The bungalow has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Amenities include a double bed and two sofa beds. The two bathrooms are each equipped with a sink; one has a bathtub, and the other has a shower (2BF).

The Junior Bungalow Suite is located on the first row of the beach and offers a direct sea view from the balcony or terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower (WF2).

Half Board
The hotel offers a carefully curated half-board concept with a wide selection of dishes and flavors, served at the rich breakfast and dinner buffets in the main Labyrinth Atrium restaurant or at a choice of à la carte restaurants with a credit of €20 per adult and €10 per child (reservation required). Breakfast is available from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Grecotel Creta Palace offers an extensive culinary experience with 10 unique restaurants and bars.
The "Labyrinth," the main restaurant, serves abundant buffets, show cooking, and local specialties from Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. A children's menu is also available from 11 AM to 5 PM.
The "Barbarossa" offers seafood and Mediterranean à la carte dishes from 7 PM to 11 PM with a stunning sea view. Reservations are required.
At "Ariadne," enjoy Italian delicacies directly by the pool from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Reservations are required.
The Zeus and Amalthia Sky Bar offers fine dining and cocktails with breathtaking panoramic views from 7 PM to 11:30 PM. Reservations are required.
Located in the heart of the resort, the Brasserie Princess Ariadne serves snacks, salads, and family-friendly menus from 10:30 AM to 6 PM.
The small Kafenion "The Beautiful Hellas" offers authentic drinks such as Ouzo and Raki, as well as coffee and tea, served in a traditional style from 6 PM to 10 PM.
The "Talos Lobby Bar" invites guests to relax indoors or on the terrace from 10 AM to 12 AM.
At the Caretta-Caretta Beach Bar, enjoy light snacks and refreshments directly on the beach from 10:30 AM to 6 PM.
