Location

The 4-star Chrispy Waterpark Resort is located in a quiet area, approximately 200 meters from the beach of the village of Kolymbari. Chania International Airport is about 35 kilometers away, and Heraklion Airport is approximately 160 kilometers away. A bus stop is within walking distance at around 400 meters. Shopping facilities and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

This all-inclusive family hotel features 190 rooms, ranging from standard rooms to upgraded family rooms with a private pool. A water park, various sports facilities, a seasonal kids' club, and a sauna complement the offerings.
The hotel's amenities include a 24-hour reception, lobby, lounge, a main restaurant with show cooking (Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine), the "Kipos" tavern (à la carte, for an extra charge, open from May), satellite TV area, mini-market, and free Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel grounds.
The outdoor area includes a sun terrace, outdoor showers, a pool bar, three outdoor pools (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM), and a water park with seven water slides (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pools, and available for a fee at the public beach. Bath towels are available for a fee and a deposit.

Superior Double Room

The double rooms are equipped with a bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, a telephone (for a fee), a safe, TV, mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI).

Superior Family Room

The family rooms consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a combined living/bedroom area with twin beds. In addition to the standard amenities, these rooms include toiletries (F2U).

Premium Double Room with Private Pool

In addition to the standard double room amenities, the double rooms with a private pool feature toiletries and a furnished terrace with direct access to a private outdoor pool (P2N).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We kindly ask guests to behave cautiously and exercise special care when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Family Room with Private Pool

These family rooms also feature a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with two single beds, and toiletries in the bathroom. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with a furnished terrace providing access to a private pool (R2F).

Breakfast 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM, late riser breakfast 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM, lunch 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM, dinner with show cooking 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM, all served as a buffet in the main restaurant with a separate children's buffet. Two themed buffets take place during the week (Greek, Asian, Mexican).
Optionally, dinner à la carte in the "Kipos" restaurant is available once per stay (6:30 PM – 9:30 PM, reservation required by 8:00 PM the previous day).
Drinks such as water, soft drinks, juices, draft beer, and local wine during meals.

Climate Resilience Fee Note

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and has been tiered from January 1, 2025, between 0.50 Euro and 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays in the high season (April 1 – October 31):
