Location

The 4-star Chrispy Waterpark Resort is in a quiet location, about 200 meters from the beach of the village of Kolymbari. Chania International Airport is approximately 35 kilometers away, and Heraklion Airport is about 160 kilometers away. A bus stop is within about 400 meters walking distance. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

This all-inclusive family hotel has 190 rooms, ranging from standard rooms to superior family rooms with private pools. A water park, various sports facilities, a seasonal kids' club, and a sauna complete the offerings.
The complex includes a 24-hour reception, lobby, lounge, a main restaurant with show cooking (Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine), the "Kipos" tavern (à la carte, for a fee, open from May), a satellite TV area, a mini-market, and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
The outdoor area features a sun terrace, outdoor showers, a pool bar, three outdoor pools (9 am-8 pm), and a water park with seven water slides (10 am-6 pm). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pools, and at the public beach for a fee. Beach towels are available for a fee and a deposit.

Superior Double Room

The double rooms are equipped with a bath/shower, toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone (for a fee), safe, TV, minibar, and a balcony or terrace (DSU).

Superior Family Room

The family rooms consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a combined living/sleeping area with a twin bed. In addition to standard amenities, these rooms include toiletries (F2U).

In addition to the amenities of a standard double room, the double rooms with private pools feature toiletries and a furnished terrace with direct access to the private outdoor pool (P2N).

Family Room with Private Pool

The family rooms also have a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two single beds, as well as toiletries in the bathroom. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with a furnished terrace with access to the private pool (R2F).

Breakfast from 7 am to 10 am, late riser's breakfast from 10 am to 10:30 am, lunch from 12:30 pm to 3 pm, dinner with show cooking from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, all as a buffet in the main restaurant with a separate children's buffet. There are 2 themed buffets per week (Greek, Asian, Mexican).
Optionally, enjoy a one-time à la carte dinner at the "Kipos" restaurant per stay (6:30 pm-9:30 pm, reservations required by 8 pm the day before).

Note for climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
