Location

The centrally located complex, which welcomes guests aged 10 and over, is only approx. 50 m from the beach and is situated directly in the town center of Georgioupolis. The picturesque cities of Rethymno and Chania are 19 km and 36 km away, respectively. Chania Airport is approx. 42 km away and Heraklion Airport is 104 km away.

The adults-friendly hotel with a total of 53 rooms features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a lift, a TV corner, a buffet restaurant, and a pool bar. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and for a fee at the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

The double rooms (D/DI), renovated in summer 2025, are equipped with a double bed or two single beds and feature a 43" satellite TV, telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea station, espresso machine (2 capsules per day included), bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, and bathrobes/slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace.
Available with sea view (DM) or in the outbuilding (DA) as well.

Double Room Superior

The Double Rooms Superior (DSU) have an identical setup to the Double Rooms but are more spacious and feature an additional sofa bed. Available as Double Room Superior Economy as well (2US).

Double Room Superior Whirlpool

The Double Rooms Superior Whirlpool (J2N) have an identical setup to the Double Rooms Superior, but feature a whirlpool on the balcony.

Suite

The Suites (S2), located in the outbuilding, feature a combined living and sleeping area with a sofa bed, 43" satellite TV, telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea station, espresso machine (2 capsules per day included), a separate bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, and bathrobes/slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace.

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Rich breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10 AM and late riser breakfast from 10 AM to 10:30 AM.
Lunch is served à la carte from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, for a fee.
With half board booked, dinner is served as a selection of various set menus.
Smart casual attire is requested for dinner. Gentlemen are requested to wear trousers, a shirt, and closed shoes.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available upon request.

Note on contribution for climate resilience

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a contribution for climate resilience, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 01.01.2025.
