Location

The centrally located complex is only approx. 50 m from the beach and is situated right in the center of Georgioupolis. The noteworthy cities of Rethymno and Chania are 19 km and 36 km away, respectively. Chania Airport is approx. 42 km and Heraklion Airport is 104 km away.

Facilities

Modern, minimalist reception area with white desk and indirect lighting
The adult-friendly hotel (bookable for ages 10 and up) with a total of 53 rooms features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, safe (included), elevator, Wi-Fi (available throughout the complex and included), TV corner, buffet restaurant, and pool bar. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee on the beach (through local providers).

The double rooms (D), renovated in summer 2025, are equipped with a double bed or two single beds and feature a 43" satellite TV, telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea station, espresso machine (2 capsules per day included), bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, and bathrobes/slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace.
Also bookable with sea view (DM) or in the annex building (DA).

Double room Superior

The double superior rooms (DSU) have otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, are more spacious, and feature an additional sofa bed. Also bookable as a double superior economy room (2US).

Double room Superior Whirlpool

The double superior whirlpool rooms (J2N) have otherwise identical amenities to the double superior rooms and feature a whirlpool on the balcony.

Suite

The suites (S2), located in the annex building, feature a combined living and sleeping area with a sofa bed for 2 people, 43" satellite TV, telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, safe (free of charge), free Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea station, espresso machine (2 capsules per day included), separate bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds, bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, and bathrobes/slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace.

Breakfast

Rich breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10 AM, as well as late riser breakfast from 10 AM to 10:30 AM.

Half board

Rich breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10 AM and dinner buffet from 6:30 PM to 9 PM. Late riser breakfast from 10 AM to 10:30 AM.

Appropriate attire is requested for dinner. Gentlemen are requested to wear trousers, a shirt, and closed shoes.

Note for climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a contribution for climate resilience, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
