The high-quality holiday resort has a total of 240 rooms spread across 2-story outbuildings and offers an impressive lobby with reception and seating areas, elevators, a main restaurant, 5 à la carte restaurants (Greek, Meat & Grill, Asian, Italian, and Fish), a lobby bar, snack bar, cocktail bar on the roof, a mini-market, and various shops. The spacious outdoor area features a large freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool and beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at both the pool and the beach. Beach towels are included. Gazebos can be rented on the beach for an extra charge (includes a bottle of water and fruit, subject to availability).

Maisonette

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, these rooms are spread over 2 levels with an open-plan living/sleeping area on the upper floor and a bedroom with a king-size bed and a small sofa on the lower floor, with sea view (2M).

Deluxe Suite

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, these suites feature a bedroom and a separate living/sleeping area with a connecting door, 2 sofa beds, and garden view (SDG).

Light early bird breakfast from 4 AM to 7:30 AM (on request), large breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and late riser breakfast from 10:30 AM to 11 AM in the main restaurant.
Dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) in the main restaurant.
The à la carte restaurants "Levantes Italian", "Ostria Meat&Grill", "SIROCCO BEACH SEAFOOD", and "Kaze Asian" are also open in the evening from 6:30 PM to 10 PM (included twice a week, otherwise for a fee, reservation required).
Cold meals can be provided for guests upon late arrival.
Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary needs are available on request.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day per room starting from January 1, 2025.
