The high-quality holiday resort has a total of 240 rooms distributed across 2-storey annex buildings and offers an impressive lobby with reception and seating areas, elevator, a main restaurant, 5 à-la-carte restaurants (Greek, "Meat & Grill", Asian, Italian, and Fish), lobby bar, snack bar, rooftop cocktail bar, mini-market, and various shops. In the spacious outdoor area, there is a large freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and separate children's pool, as well as a pool and beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included both at the pool and at the beach. Pool towels are included. "Gazebos" with a bottle of water and fruit can be rented on the beach for an extra charge, subject to availability.

Deluxe Double Room Sharing Pool

With the same facilities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these offer access to a sharing pool (XH2/HA2/2QW).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.

Deluxe Double Room Private Pool

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms feature a seating area, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, coffee/tea making facilities and electric kettle, minibar (for a fee), espresso machine (2 capsules provided once on arrival day for half-board guests, daily included for AI guests), iron, beach bag, and balcony or terrace on the garden side. The premises are divided into a living/sleeping room and a separate bedroom (2DF).

Maisonette

The maisonettes consist of two levels with an open-plan living/sleeping area on the upper floor and a bedroom with a king-size bed and small sofa in the lower area. They feature a seating area, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, coffee/tea making facilities and electric kettle, minibar (for a fee), espresso machine (2 capsules provided once on arrival day for half-board guests, daily included for AI guests), iron, beach bag, and a balcony or terrace with a sea view (2M).

The Deluxe Suite consists of a bedroom and a separate living/sleeping room with a connecting door and two sofa beds. The suites feature a seating area, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, coffee/tea making facilities and electric kettle, minibar (for a fee), espresso machine (2 capsules provided once on arrival day for half-board guests, daily included for AI guests), iron, beach bag, and balcony or terrace on the garden side (SDG).

Deluxe Suite Private Pool

Half Board

Light early bird breakfast from 4-7:30 am (on request), large breakfast buffet from 7:30-10:30 am and late riser breakfast from 10:30-11 am in the main restaurant. With prior reservation, a Cretan breakfast is possible in the restaurant "Maestro Vento Greek" 1x per stay in summer 2027.
Dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) in the main restaurant.
In the evenings, the à-la-carte restaurants "Levantes Italian", "Ostria Meat&Grill", "SIROCCO BEACH SEAFOOD", "Maestro Vento Greek" (from summer 2027), and "Kaze Asian" are also open from 6:30-9:30 pm each (2x per week included, otherwise for a fee, reservation required).
For late arrivals, cold dishes can be provided for customers upon request.
Vegetarian dishes and menus for special dietary needs are available upon request.
Appropriate dress in the restaurants is required (smart casual for gentlemen).

All meals in buffet form.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of 01/01/2025, is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room.
