In the spacious outdoor area, there is a large freshwater swimming pool with sun terrace and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool and beach bar. The maisonettes consist of two levels with an open-plan living/sleeping area on the upper floor and a bedroom with a king-size bed and a small sofa on the lower level. The Deluxe Suite consists of a bedroom and a separate living/bedroom area with a connecting door and two sofa beds. Half Board

Light early bird breakfast from 4:00 AM – 7:30 AM (on request), large breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM, and late riser breakfast from 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM in the main restaurant. With prior reservation, a Cretan breakfast is possible in the "Maestro Vento Greek" restaurant once per stay in summer 2027.
Dinner (6:30 PM – 9:30 PM) in the main restaurant.
In the evenings, the à la carte restaurants "Levantes Italian", "Ostria Meat&Grill", "SIROCCO BEACH SEAFOOD", "Maestro Vento Greek" (from summer 2027), and "Kaze Asian" are also open from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM (included 2x per week, otherwise for a fee, reservation required).
For late arrivals, cold meals can be provided for guests upon request.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, to be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season April 1 – October 31:
1-2 star accommodation: 2 Euro
3 star accommodation: 5 Euro
4 star accommodation: 10 Euro
5 star accommodation: 15 Euro
