Location

Located directly on the kilometer-long sandy beach with a shallow slope, awarded the "Blue Flag". The resort of Georgioupolis with its typical tavernas, cafes, and shops of all kinds is about 1 km away.
The well-known Kournas Lake is the only natural freshwater lake on the Greek island of Crete and can be reached as an excursion destination in about 6 km.
Chania Airport is approx. 45 km away, Heraklion Airport approx. 110 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex has 200 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, luggage room, hotel safe (for a fee), elevator, internet corner (included), Wi-Fi (included throughout the complex), restaurant (Greek and international cuisine), à la carte snack bar (for a fee, also with AI), bar, mini-market with souvenir shop and boutique. In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and sun terrace, and an amphitheater. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are included and can be changed every 3 days.

Double room

The friendly furnished double rooms have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe (for rent), 32'' LCD TV, mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (D/DB).
Optionally, also available as a slightly larger double room with a higher occupancy with additional single beds or bunk beds (DA).

Single room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are slightly smaller (E).

Early bird and late riser breakfast on request, breakfast buffet 7-10 am, lunch 12:45-2:30 pm and dinner 7-9:30 pm are served buffet-style with show cooking. Drinks are served with meals.
Alternatively, lunch can be taken at the snack bar buffet (less choice than in the main restaurant; only available from mid-May to mid-September) or à la carte for a fee.
3 times a week there are theme nights.
Various snacks are offered from 10 am to 6 pm, fruit, cakes, and pastries from 4 pm to 6 pm.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks by the glass such as water, soft drinks, fruit juices, coffee (filter coffee, Greek coffee, espresso, and cappuccino), tea, local beer, house wine, ouzo, raki, whiskey, gin, rum, vodka, tequila, long drinks, and cocktails are included from 10 am to midnight at the respective open bar.

Note on Contribution for Climate Resilience

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government levies a fee for climate resilience, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
