Location

Located directly on the kilometer-long sandy beach, which slopes gently and has been awarded the "Blue Flag". The resort of Georgioupolis, with its typical tavernas, cafes, and shops of all kinds, is about 1 km away.
The well-known Lake Kournas is the only natural freshwater lake on the Greek island of Crete and can be reached as an excursion destination in about 6 km.
Chania Airport is approx. 45 km away, and Heraklion Airport is approx. 110 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex has 200 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, luggage room, hotel safe (for a fee), elevator, internet corner (included), Wi-Fi (included throughout the complex), restaurant (Greek and international cuisine), à la carte snack bar (for a fee, also available with All Inclusive), bar, mini-market with souvenir shop and boutique. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and sun terrace, and an amphitheater. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are included and can be changed every 3 days.

Double room

The friendly furnished double rooms have a bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, rental safe, 32'' LCD TV, mini-fridge, and balcony or terrace (D/DB).
Optionally, also available as a slightly larger double room with a higher occupancy, with additional single beds or bunk beds (DA).

Single room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are slightly smaller (E).

Early bird and late riser breakfast upon request, breakfast buffet from 7-10 am, lunch from 12:45-2:30 pm, and dinner from 7-9:30 pm are served buffet-style with show cooking. Drinks are served during meals.
Alternatively, lunch can be enjoyed buffet-style at the snack bar (less variety than in the main restaurant; only available from mid-May to mid-September) or à la carte for a fee.
Themed evenings are held 3 times a week.
Various snacks are available from 10 am to 6 pm, and fruit, cakes, and pastries from 4 pm to 6 pm.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks by the glass, such as water, soft drinks, fruit juices, coffee (filter coffee, Greek coffee, espresso, and cappuccino), tea, local beer, house wine, Ouzo, Raki, whiskey, gin, rum, vodka, tequila, long drinks, and cocktails are included from 10 am to midnight at the respective open bar.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which is payable by guests on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays in the high season (April 1 - October 31):
Accommodation Category 1-2 Stars: 2 Euros
Accommodation Category 3 Stars: 5 Euros
Accommodation Category 4 Stars: 10 Euros
Accommodation Category 5 Stars: 15 Euros
For stays in the low season (November 1 - March 31):
