The adults-only hotel Palmera Beach (bookable from 15 years of age) is located directly by the sea, just a few meters from a bathing bay (a road must be crossed). Shopping and entertainment options are located in the immediate vicinity. Heraklion Airport is approx. 24 km away.

The hotel has 154 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, 4 elevators, a satellite TV lounge, bar, main restaurant, main bar, and an à la carte restaurant. A pool bar will also be added in summer 2027. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. In the outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach.

The friendly furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning (included), telephone, rental safe, Wi-Fi (included), mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (D). Optionally bookable with a pool view (PD, available from summer 2027) or a sea view (DM) for an additional charge.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly smaller (DE) and do not have a balcony.

Double room Superior

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these additionally feature a coffee/tea maker, bathrobes, bath towels, slippers, and are slightly more spacious (DSU). Optionally bookable with a sea view (DMU) for an additional charge.

The whirlpool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, family rooms offer sleeping arrangements for four people and are more spacious (DF2).

Breakfast/Half board

Breakfast (7:30-10:30 a.m.) and, if half board is booked, dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.) in buffet style in the main restaurant.
Varied cold and warm buffets are offered. Proper attire is requested (long trousers for men).
Drinks are not included with dinner.

All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:30-10:30 a.m.) and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.) in buffet style in the main restaurant. Lunch either à la carte or in buffet style (1:30-2:30 p.m.; from 2027 onwards only in buffet style), also in the main restaurant. Snacks such as ice cream, fresh fruits, pizza, and sandwiches (3:00-5:00 p.m.).
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as filter coffee, instant coffee, water, soft drinks, packaged juices, tea, wine (by the glass), draft beer, raki, ouzo, and spirits (local and international) such as gin, vodka, rum, tequila, whisky are included from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Water, a glass of wine, beer, soft drinks, and juice are included with lunch and dinner.

Climate resilience tax information

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from January 1, 2025, from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
For stays in the high season (April 1 to October 31):
