The hotel complex is located directly on the sand/pebble beach of Anissaras, next to its sister hotel, "Mitsis Royal Mare". Shopping and entertainment venues are within walking distance. Heraklion Airport is approx. 23 km away.

The hotel features 344 rooms and offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a mini-market, a main restaurant, a tavern, a beach restaurant, and four bars. The outdoor area includes an amphitheater, five saltwater pools with a sun terrace, three pool bars, and three children's splash pools. Bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

The bungalows feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, minibar (restocked every two days), telephone, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, welcome package (wine and water), and a furnished balcony or terrace with sea views (B2M).
Also bookable for single use (B1A).

Bungalow Seafront

Equipped with the same amenities as the bungalows, but also includes bathrobes and slippers, and are located in a seafront position (WF2).

Family Room

The family rooms feature the same amenities as the bungalows but are more spacious (DF2).
Optionally bookable with sea view (F2M).

Family Apartment

The family apartments consist of one bedroom and one living/bedroom and feature the same amenities as the bungalows (2AF).
Optionally bookable with sea view (2AW).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive Plus

American breakfast (7:00–10:30), lunch (12:30–14:30), and dinner (18:30–21:30) in buffet style at the main restaurant "Veranda". Early continental breakfast from 4:00–7:00 and late buffet from 22:00–4:00.
Lunch is also available optionally from 12:30–15:00 at the beach restaurant "Thalassa" in buffet style.
Once per week (minimum stay of four days), dinner can also be taken at the beach restaurant "Thalassa" or at the tavern "La Pergola" (18:30–22:00) (subject to availability).
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, juices, beer, wine, spirits, long drinks, and cocktails are included around the clock at the currently open bars.
Food and drinks are available on a self-service basis at any time.
Children's menus are offered with meals.

Climate Resilience Tax

For stays from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 1.1.2025 between 0.50 Euro and 15 Euro per day and room.
