Location

The hotel complex is located directly on the sandy/pebble beach of Anissaras, next to the sister hotel "Mitsis Royal Mare". Shops and entertainment facilities are within walking distance. Heraklion Airport is approximately 23 km away.

The hotel has 344 rooms and offers a reception hall with a 24-hour reception and lobby, a mini-market, main restaurant, tavern, beach restaurant, and 4 bars. The outdoor area includes an amphitheater, 5 seawater pools with sun terrace, 3 pool bars, and 3 children's paddling pools. Bath towels, loungers, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

The bungalows have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually controlled air conditioning, safe (included), Wi-Fi (included), refrigerator, minibar (restocked every 2 days), telephone, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, welcome package (wine and water), and a furnished balcony or terrace with sea view (B2M).
Can also be booked for single occupancy (B1A).

Bungalow Seafront

With the same amenities as the bungalows, they also include a bathrobe and slippers and are located in a seafront position (WF2).

Family Room

The family rooms have the same amenities as the bungalows but are more spacious (DF2).
Also available with sea view (F2M).

Family Apartment

The family apartments consist of a bedroom and a living/sleeping room and have the same amenities as the bungalows (2AF).
Also available with sea view (2AW).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive Plus

American breakfast (7-10:30 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) buffet-style in the main restaurant "Veranda". Early continental breakfast from 4-7 am and late buffet from 10 pm to 4 am.
Lunch is also available from 12:30-3 pm at the beach restaurant "Thalassa" as a buffet.
Once a week (minimum stay of 4 days), dinner can also be taken at the beach restaurant "Thalassa" or at the tavern "La Pergola" (6:30-10 pm) (subject to availability).
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, juices, beer, wine, spirits, long drinks, and cocktails are included around the clock at the respective open bars.
Food and drinks are available on a self-service basis at all times.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has imposed a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
