The hotel complex is located directly on the sandy/pebble beach of Anissaras, next to the sister hotel "Mitsis Royal Mare". Shopping and entertainment options are within walking distance. Heraklion airport is approx. 23 km away.

The hotel has 344 rooms and offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a mini-market, a main restaurant, a tavern, a beach restaurant, and four bars. The outdoor area includes an amphitheater, five saltwater pools with sun terraces, three pool bars, and three children's paddling pools. Bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are provided at the pool and beach free of charge. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire complex free of charge.

Bungalow

The bungalows feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, minibar (replenished every two days), telephone, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, welcome package (wine and water), and a furnished balcony or terrace with a view of the sea (B2M).
Also available for single occupancy (B1A).

Bungalow Seafront

Equipped with the same amenities as the bungalows, but also include bathrobes, slippers, and are located in a seafront position (WF2).

Family Room

The family rooms have the same amenities as the bungalows but are more spacious (DF2).
Optionally also bookable with sea view (F2M).

Family Apartment

The family apartments consist of a bedroom and a living/sleeping room and feature the same amenities as the bungalows (2AF).
Optionally also bookable with sea view (2AW).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive Plus

American breakfast (7:00-10:30 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.) served as a buffet in the "Veranda" main restaurant. Early continental breakfast from 4:00-7:00 a.m. and late-night buffet from 10:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m.
Lunch is also optionally available from 12:30-3:00 p.m. in the "Thalassa" beach restaurant as a buffet.
Once per week (minimum stay of four days), dinner can optionally be taken in the "Thalassa" beach restaurant or the "La Pergola" tavern (6:30-10:00 p.m.) (subject to availability).
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, juices, beer, wine, spirits, long drinks, and cocktails are included around the clock at the currently open bars.
Food and drinks are available on a self-service basis at any time.
Children's menus are offered with meals.

Note on climate resilience tax

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience tax, which the guest must pay locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays during the high season (April 1 to October 31):
1-2 star local category: 2 euros
3 star local category: 5 euros
4 star local category: 10 euros
5 star local category: 15 euros
For stays during the low season (November 1 to March 31):
1-2 star local category: 0.50 euros
3 star local category: 1.50 euros
4 star local category: 3 euros
5 star local category: 4 euros
