The luxurious Sea Side A Lifestyle Resort is located in Agia Pelagia. The village of Mononaftis is situated in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Mononaftis beach is only approx. 60 m away from the hotel, and Heraklion airport is approx. 30 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The modern adults-only hotel (16+) features a total of 245 rooms, a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi in public areas (included), a main restaurant with a terrace, 3 à-la-carte restaurants (Asian, Cretan, and Sicilian), a main bar, 2 elevators, a mini-market, and a conference room. The garden area includes 2 pool/snack bars and 3 saltwater swimming pools. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge on the sun terrace and for a fee on the beach.

Prime Double Room

The modern and beautifully furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV (with movie and sports channels), a new bed with a new mattress, air conditioning (included, centrally controlled), a safe, mini-fridge, electric kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, and a balcony or terrace (D). Optionally available for single use (DE), facing the sea side (OPM), as a Prime Double Room with side sea view (DMS), or with direct sea view (DM/DMI) for an additional charge.

Casa Swim Up Double Room

With the same features as the Prime Double Rooms, these also have direct access to a sharing pool with a view of the countryside (CD2). Optionally available with a side sea view (CDM), as a Casa Swim up Sunset with a sea view from the balcony (CSS), or with a direct sea view (CSV) for an additional charge.

Cape Suite

These newly built rooms feature the same amenities as the Prime Double Rooms, plus a terrace with sun loungers, access to a private pool, and a direct sea view (C2S).

These exclusive rooms feature the same amenities as the Lifestyle Suite, plus bathrobes, access to a private terrace with a pool, and a fantastic sea view (ROS).

Loft Suite

These newly built maisonette-style suites with direct sea views feature the same amenities as the double rooms, arranged over 2 floors, with an open-plan bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor and two sofa beds in the lower living/sleeping area (L2G). Optionally available with direct access to a private pool (SP2) for an additional charge.

Summer Suite Private Pool

These high-quality Summer Suites consist of a living/sleeping area with a visually separated, private bedroom. They feature the same amenities as the Prime Double Rooms, plus luxurious toiletries in the bathroom, a furnished terrace with access to a private pool, and direct sea views from the terrace (IP2).

Breakfast (7:30-10:30 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) with show cooking in buffet-style at the main restaurant. Early breakfast (5:00-7:30 AM) on request and late-riser breakfast (10:30-11:00 AM). Snacks (sandwiches, pancakes, fruit, etc.) from 11:00 AM-5:30 PM at the "Pelagos" and "Thalassa" pool bars. Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10:00 AM-12:00 AM. Guests with a minimum stay of 7 days have the option to dine 1x each in the Cretan tavern "Minoan" (7:00-10:00 PM), the Asian à-la-carte restaurant (Peruvian and Asian cuisine), and the Gourmet restaurant (7:00-10:00 PM) as a set menu (incl. soft drinks, alcoholic beverages for a fee). A reservation 3 days in advance is required.

The gourmet restaurant offers special events such as lobster night and fresh fish (each for an additional charge, 7:00-10:00 PM). Dinner in the "Umi Nikkei" à-la-carte restaurant (Peruvian and Asian cuisine, reservation required) and in the "Oceano" à-la-carte restaurant (reservation required).

Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room starting Jan 1, 2025.
