The luxurious Sea Side A Lifestyle Resort is located in Agia Pelagia. The village of Mononaftis is very close to the hotel. Mononaftis beach is only approx. 60 m away from the hotel and Heraklion airport is approx. 30 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The modern adults-only hotel (16+ years) has a total of 245 rooms, a reception (24h), Wi-Fi in public areas (included), a main restaurant with terrace, 3 à la carte restaurants (Asian, Cretan and Sicilian), a main bar, 2 elevators, a mini-market and a conference room. The garden area has 2 pool/snack bars and 3 saltwater swimming pools. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for free on the sun terrace and for a fee on the beach.

The modern and beautifully furnished rooms have a shower/WC, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV (with movie and sports channels), new bed with new mattress, air conditioning (included, centrally controlled), safe, mini-fridge, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, balcony or terrace (D). Optionally available at extra charge for single use (DE), with sea view (OPM), as a Double Room Prime with side sea view (DMS) or with direct sea view (DM/DMI).

Double Room Casa Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Double Room Prime, these rooms also feature direct access to the sharing pool with garden view (CD2). Optionally available at extra charge also with side sea view (CDM), as Casa Swim up Sunset with sea view from the balcony (CSS) or with direct sea view (CSV).

Cape Suite

The newly built rooms, with the same amenities as the Double Room Prime, feature a terrace with sun loungers, access to a private pool, and direct sea views (C2S).

The spacious junior suites with garden or mountain view, and the same amenities as the Double Room Prime, additionally offer a selection of luxury toiletries in the bathroom (S2).

The exclusive rooms, with the same amenities as the Suite Lifestyle, additionally include bathrobes, access to a private terrace with pool, and a breathtaking sea view (ROS).

Suite Loft

The newly built duplex-style suites with direct sea view, and the same amenities as the Double Room, are arranged over 2 floors and feature an open-plan bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor and two sofa beds in the lower living/sleeping area (L2G).
Optionally available at extra charge also with direct access to the private pool (SP2).

Suite Summer private Pool

The high-quality Summer Suites consist of a living/sleeping area with a visually separated, en-suite bedroom and, with the same amenities as the Double Room Prime, additionally feature luxury toiletries in the bathroom, a furnished terrace with access to a private pool, and direct sea views from the terrace (IP2).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) with show cooking in buffet style at the main restaurant.
Early bird breakfast (5 AM - 7:30 AM) upon request and late riser breakfast (10:30 AM - 11 AM). Snacks (sandwiches, pancakes, fruits, and more) from 11 AM to 5:30 PM at the pool bars "Pelagos" and "Thalassa".
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 10 AM to midnight.
All guests with a minimum stay of 7 days have the option to dine once in the Cretan taverna "Minoan" (7 PM - 10 PM), the Asian à la carte restaurant (Peruvian and Asian cuisine) and the Gourmet Restaurant (7 PM - 10 PM) with a set menu (incl. soft drinks, alcoholic drinks at a charge). A reservation 3 days in advance is required for each.

Not included in All Inclusive

The gourmet restaurant offers special events such as lobster night and fresh fish (both for a fee, 7 PM - 10 PM).
Dinner at the "Umi Nikkei" à la carte restaurant (Peruvian and Asian cuisine, reservation required) and at the "Oceano" à la carte restaurant (reservation required).

Notice for Climate Resilience Levy
