The luxurious Sea Side A Lifestyle Resort is located in Agia Pelagia. The village of Mononaftis is situated in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Mononaftis beach is just approx. 60 m away from the hotel, and it is approx. 30 km to Heraklion airport. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The modern adults-only hotel (ages 16+) features a total of 245 rooms, a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant with a terrace, three à-la-carte restaurants (Asian, Cretan, and Sicilian), a main bar, two elevators, a mini-market, and a conference room. The garden area features two pool/snack bars and three saltwater swimming pools. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge on the sun terrace and for a fee at the beach.
Wi-Fi is included in public areas and in the rooms.

These modern and beautifully furnished rooms feature a shower/WC and are equipped with satellite TV (with movie and sports channels), air conditioning (included, centrally controlled), a safe, mini-fridge, electric kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, as well as a balcony or terrace (D).
Optionally available for single use (DE) for an additional charge, facing the sea side (OPM), as a Double Room Prime with side sea view (DMS), or with direct sea view (DM/DMI).

Double Room Casa Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Double Room Prime, these rooms additionally feature direct access to a sharing pool with a land view (CD2).
Optionally available with side sea view (CDM) for an additional charge, as a Casa Swim Up Sunset with sea view from the balcony (CSS), or with direct sea view (CSV).

Suite Lifestyle

These spacious junior suites with garden or mountain view have the same amenities as the Double Room Prime and additionally feature a selection of luxurious toiletries in the bathroom (S2).

Suite on The Rocks

These exclusive rooms have the same amenities as the Suite Lifestyle and additionally feature bathrobes, access to a private terrace with a pool, and a dreamlike sea view (ROS).

Suite Loft

These newly built maisonette-style suites with direct sea view have the same amenities as the double rooms but are spread over two floors, featuring an open bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor and two sofa beds in the lower living/sleeping area (L2G).
Optionally available with direct access to a private pool (SP2) for an additional charge.
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Guests are asked to behave carefully and pay special attention when using this area.

Suite Summer private Pool

These high-quality Summer Suites consist of a living/sleeping area with a visually separated, private bedroom. With the same amenities as the Double Room Prime, they additionally feature luxurious toiletries in the bathroom, a furnished terrace with access to a private pool, and a direct sea view from the terrace (IP2).

Breakfast (7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.), lunch (12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.), and dinner (6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) with show cooking served in buffet style in the main restaurant.
Early-bird breakfast (5:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.) upon request and late-riser breakfast (10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.).
Snacks such as sandwiches, pancakes, fruits, and much more from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the "Pelagos" and "Thalassa" pool bars.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10:00 a.m. to midnight.
All guests with a minimum stay of seven days have the opportunity to dine once each in the Cretan tavern "Minoan" (7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.), in the Asian à-la-carte restaurant (Peruvian and Asian cuisine), and in the Gourmet restaurant (7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.) with a set menu (soft drinks included, alcoholic drinks for a fee). A reservation three days in advance is required for each.

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room from 01/01/2025.
For stays in the high season 01/04 - 31/10:
