The spacious SMY Kos Beach & Splash resort is located in the holiday area of Mastichari in a quiet setting, directly on a wide, fine sandy beach. The fishing village of the same name is about 5 km away, and Kos Town is approximately 18 km away. For varied entertainment options, a trip to Kos Town is recommended. The airport is about 8 km away.

The holiday resort was further renovated in summer 2025 and features 276 rooms spread across a main building and several annexes amidst an expansive garden near the beach. The main building houses a 24-hour reception, a bar, a boutique, the main restaurant, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. The well-maintained grounds include a large swimming pool with a sunbathing area. Near the beach, there is an infinity pool with a restaurant (May-October; buffet style) and a bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the beach; beach towels can be borrowed for a deposit.

Climate resilience fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
