Location

The sprawling SMY Kos Beach & Splash resort is located in the Mastichari holiday area in a quiet setting, directly on a wide, fine sandy beach. The fishing village of the same name is about 5 km away, and Kos Town is approximately 18 km away. For a variety of entertainment options, a trip to Kos Town is recommended. The airport is located about 8 km away.

The holiday resort was further renovated for summer 2025 and features 276 rooms spread across a main building and several annex buildings nestled in a large garden near the beach. The main building houses a 24-hour reception, a bar, a boutique, the main restaurant, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the resort. The well-kept grounds include a large swimming pool with a sunbathing area. Near the beach, there is an infinity pool with a restaurant (May-October; buffet style) and a bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included on the beach as well; pool towels are available for a deposit.

Modern rooms featuring a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, and a balcony or terrace (D/DI). Can also be booked for single occupancy at an extra charge (DE/DEB).

Extended breakfast buffet (7-10 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.) with a salad bar and buffet featuring cold and hot dishes. Filter coffee, cocoa, tea varieties, juices, and water are included at breakfast. Wine, beer, water, soft drinks, filter coffee, tea varieties, and water are included during lunch and dinner.

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
