Location

The extensive SMY Kos Beach & Splash complex is located in the holiday area of Mastichari in a quiet setting, directly on the broad, fine sand beach. The fishing village of the same name is about 5 km away, and Kos Town is approximately 18 km away. A trip to Kos Town is recommended for a variety of entertainment options. The airport is located about 8 km away.

The holiday complex was further renovated in summer 2025 and features 276 rooms spread across a main building and several annexes amidst an extensive garden near the beach. The main building houses a 24-hour reception, bar, boutique, as well as the main restaurant and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire complex. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a large swimming pool with a lawn for sunbathing. Near the beach, there is an infinity pool with a restaurant (May-October; buffet style) and a bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also included at the beach; beach towels can be borrowed for a deposit.

The modern rooms include a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, and balcony or terrace (D/DI). Available for single occupancy for an additional charge (DE/DEB).
Also available as a double room with sea view (DM/DMI, single occupancy as DEM).

Equipped the same as double rooms, with terrace and garden view, located in the bungalow buildings (2BU/BUA).

Junior Suite

Junior suites feature the same amenities as double rooms but are larger with a living area and balcony (JS2/JSI). Also available with sea view (J2M/JMI).
