Location

The extensive SMY Kos Beach & Splash resort is located in the Mastichari holiday area in a quiet location, directly on the wide, fine sandy beach. The fishing village of the same name is about 5 km away, Kos Town approx. 18 km. An excursion to Kos Town offers varied entertainment options. The airport is around 8 km away.

The holiday resort was further renovated for Summer 2025 and has 276 rooms, spread across a main building and several outbuildings amidst extensive gardens near the beach. The main building houses a 24-hour reception, bar, boutique, as well as the main restaurant and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the resort. In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a large swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn. Near the beach, there is an infinity pool with a restaurant (May-October; buffet style) and a bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also included on the beach, towels can be rented for a deposit.

Double room

The modern rooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, balcony or terrace (D/DI). Can also be booked as a single room for a surcharge (DE/DEB).
Also available as a double room with sea view (DM/DMI, for single use under DEM).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, with terrace and garden view, located in the bungalow buildings (2BU/BUA).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are larger with a living area and a balcony (JS2/JSI). Also available with sea view (J2M/JMI).

Extended breakfast buffet (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm) and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) with salad bar and buffet of cold and hot dishes. Note for Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 1.1.2025.
