Location

The extensive SMY Kos Beach & Splash complex is located in the Mastichari holiday area in a quiet setting, directly on the wide, fine sandy beach. The fishing village of the same name is about 5 km away, Kos Town approx. 18 km. Kos Town offers a variety of entertainment options. The airport is around 8 km away.

The holiday complex was further renovated for Summer 2025 and has 276 rooms spread across a main building and several outbuildings amidst extensive gardens near the beach. The main building houses a 24-hour reception, bar, boutique, main restaurant, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. The well-maintained outdoor area features a large swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn. Near the beach, there is an infinity pool with a restaurant (May-October; buffet style) and a bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also included on the beach; towels can be rented for a deposit.

Same amenities as double rooms, but larger with a terrace and garden view, located in the bungalow buildings (2BU/BUA).

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room from 01/01/2025.
