The Summer Village Hotel, which welcomes guests aged 18 and over, is located approximately 600 m from the beautiful sandy beach and about 1.5 km from the lively town of Marmari. In the vicinity, you'll find cozy snack bars and traditional taverns. A bus stop is just 150 m away, and the airport is about 14 km away.

This adults-only hotel, bookable as a schauinsland-reisen Original, features a total of 142 rooms and is built in a charming bungalow style. It offers a lobby redesigned for summer 2024 with a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and a bar with a terrace.
In the well-maintained garden area, the spacious main pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, the pool bar, and a traditional tavern invite you to relax. Additionally, four sharing pools with salt electrolysis are available for the Deluxe Sharing Pool room category and Deluxe rooms with private loungers. For the Premium Deluxe Double Room Sharing Pool, there are five more sharing pools. A newly landscaped pool next to the main pool also serves as a sharing pool for this room category.

Located on the first floor, these rooms have the same interior furnishings and size as the Deluxe Double Rooms with Private Garden but offer access to a sharing pool with reserved sun loungers and a furnished balcony instead of a private garden (PDL/PDI). Bookable for single occupancy (YN1).

Deluxe Double Room Sharing Pool

Located on the ground floor in the newly renovated buildings, these rooms have the same interior furnishings as the Deluxe Double Rooms with Private Garden but offer direct access to a newly built sharing pool with private sun loungers on the terrace instead of a private garden (XH2/2QW). Bookable for single occupancy (WU1).

Premium Deluxe Double Room Private Sunbeds

Premium Deluxe Double Rooms offer greater comfort than Deluxe Double Rooms with Private Sunbeds due to their larger size, while otherwise having the same amenities. They additionally include bathrobes, slippers, and an espresso machine (refilled daily with 2 capsules). Located on the first floor, they feature numbered wooden sun loungers with premium mattresses by and access to the sharing pool (P2D/DI). Bookable for single occupancy (P1D/XEP). Guests in these rooms receive a 15% discount on spa services.

Breakfast (7:30–10:30 AM), lunch (12–2 PM), and dinner (7–9 PM) are served buffet-style. Snacks and pastries are available from 4–5 PM at the pool bar.
Local wine, local beer, soft drinks, and mineral water are served by the glass during meals.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee/tea, soft drinks, mineral water, beer, wine (red, white, rosé), ouzo, brandy, vodka, gin, tequila, and rum are included from 10:30 AM–11 PM at the pool/snack bar.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 1.1.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room as of 1.1.2025.
