Location

The Summer Village Hotel, which welcomes guests aged 18 and over, is located just about 600 m from the beautiful sandy beach and around 1.5 km from the lively resort of Marmari. In the immediate vicinity you will find cozy snack bars and traditional tavernas. A bus stop is only 150 m away, and the airport is about 14 km away.

The adults-only hotel, bookable as a schauinsland-reisen original, with a total of 142 rooms, is built in a charming bungalow style. It features a lobby redesigned for Summer 2024 with a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and a bar with a terrace.
In the well-kept garden complex, the spacious communal pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, the pool bar, and a traditional taverna invite you to relax. Additionally, four sharing pools with salt electrolysis are available for the Deluxe Sharing Pool room categories and Deluxe rooms with private loungers. For the Premium Deluxe Double Rooms Sharing Pool, there are a total of five further sharing pools. A newly created pool next to the communal pool also serves as a sharing pool for this room category.
Umbrellas and loungers are included by the pool, available for a fee on the beach. Bath towels are provided for a deposit.

Deluxe Double Room Private Garden

The Deluxe Double Rooms have a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and toiletries, individually controlled air conditioning/heating, telephone, electronic safe, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, 32" satellite Smart TV with music channel, minibar (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), coffee/tea making facilities with kettle (refilled daily), hairdryer, full-length mirror, a furnished terrace, and a private garden sofa/lounge area (GDD). Deluxe Double Room Pool View Private Sunbeds

Located on the first floor and with the same interior features and size as the Deluxe Double Rooms Private Garden, they offer access to a sharing pool with reserved sun loungers and a furnished balcony instead of a private garden (PDL/PDI). Optionally bookable for single occupancy (YN1).

Deluxe Double Room Sharing Pool

Located on the ground floor in the newly renovated buildings and with the same interior features as the Deluxe Double Rooms Private Garden, they offer direct access to the newly built sharing pool with private sun loungers on the terrace instead of a private garden (XH2/2QW). Optionally bookable for single occupancy (WU1).

Premium Deluxe Double Room Private Sunbeds

Premium Deluxe Double Rooms offer more comfort due to larger rooms, with otherwise the same amenities as Deluxe Double Rooms Private Sunbeds. They additionally provide bathrobes, slippers, and an espresso machine (refilled daily with 2 capsules). They are located on the first floor and offer numbered wooden sun loungers with premium mattresses by and access to the sharing pool (P2D/DI). Optionally bookable for single occupancy (P1D/XEP). Guests in these rooms receive a 15% discount on spa services.

Premium Deluxe Double Room Private Garden & Whirlpool

Premium Deluxe Double Rooms Private Garden & Whirlpool also offer more comfort due to a small private garden with a private whirlpool, with otherwise the same amenities as "Premium Deluxe Private Sunbeds" (DDJ).

All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:30 AM–10:30 AM), lunch (12 PM–2 PM), and dinner (7 PM–9 PM) are served buffet-style. Snacks and pastries are available at the pool bar from 4 PM to 5 PM.
Local wine, local beer, soft drinks, and mineral water are served by the glass during meals.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee/tea, soft drinks, mineral water, beer, wine (red, white, rosé), Ouzo, brandy, vodka, gin, tequila, and rum are included from 10:30 AM to 11 PM at the pool/snackbar.
Once per stay, you can enjoy dinner at the taverna free of charge. For additional visits, a discount is granted to guests in Premium Deluxe rooms (vouchers available at reception).

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
