The Summer Village Hotel, which welcomes guests from the age of 18, is located just approx. 600 m from the beautiful sandy beach and about 1.5 km from the lively town of Marmari. In the immediate vicinity, you will find cozy snack bars and traditional tavernas. A bus stop is located just 150 m away, and the airport is approximately 14 km away.

The Adults-only hotel, which can be booked as a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, has a total of 142 rooms and is built in a charming bungalow style. It features a lobby redesigned for summer 2024 with a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and a bar with a terrace.
In the well-kept garden, the spacious communal pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, the pool bar, and a traditional taverna invite you to relax. In addition, there are four sharing pools with salt electrolysis available for the Deluxe Sharing Pool room categories and Deluxe rooms with private sun loungers. There are a total of five additional sharing pools for the Premium Deluxe Double Room Sharing Pool. A newly landscaped pool next to the communal pool also serves as a sharing pool for this room category.
Parasols and sun loungers are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are provided against a deposit.

The Deluxe Double Rooms feature a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and toiletries, individual air conditioning/heating, telephone, electronic safe, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, 32” satellite Smart TV with music channel, minibar (stocked with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), coffee/tea facilities with kettle (daily refill), and a balcony or terrace (DD2, only bookable for selected dates, also available for single use as DD1/DEA).

Double Room Deluxe Private Garden

The Deluxe Double Rooms feature a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and toiletries, individual air conditioning/heating, telephone, electronic safe, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, 32” satellite Smart TV with music channel, minibar (stocked with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), coffee/tea facilities with kettle (daily refill), furnished terrace, and a private garden sofa/lounge area (GDD). Double Room Deluxe Pool View Private Sun Loungers

Located on the first floor, these feature the same interior and size as the Deluxe Double Room Private Garden and include access to the sharing pool with reserved sun loungers and a furnished balcony instead of a private garden (PDL/PDI). Optionally available for single use (YN1).

Double Room Deluxe Sharing Pool

Located on the ground floor of the freshly renovated buildings, these feature the same interior as the Deluxe Double Room Private Garden and offer direct access to the newly built sharing pool with private sun loungers on the terrace instead of a private garden (XH2/2QW). Optionally available for single use (WU1).

Premium Deluxe Double Room Private Sun Loungers

Premium Deluxe Double Rooms offer more comfort with larger rooms, while otherwise having the same facilities as the Deluxe Double Room Private Sun Loungers. They additionally provide bathrobes, slippers, and an espresso machine (daily refill with 2 capsules). They are located on the first floor and offer numbered wooden sun loungers with premium mattresses at and access to the sharing pool (P2D/DI). Optionally available for single use (P1D/XEP). Guests in these rooms receive a 15% discount on spa services.

Premium Deluxe Double Room Sharing Pools also offer more comfort through more space, while otherwise having the same facilities as the "Premium Deluxe Private Sun Loungers". They feature direct access to the sharing pool (PWS/D2I). Wooden sun loungers with premium mattresses are available in front of the room. Optionally available for single use (DJ1/LA1).
Guests in these rooms receive a 15% discount on spa services.

Premium Deluxe Double Room Private Garden & Whirlpool

Premium Deluxe Double Room Private Garden & Whirlpool also offer more comfort through a small private garden with a private whirlpool (DDJ), while otherwise having the same facilities as the "Premium Deluxe Private Sun Loungers".

Breakfast (7:30–10:30 am), lunch (12–2 pm), and dinner (7–9 pm) are offered in buffet style. Snacks and pastries are available from 4-5 pm at the pool bar.
Local wine, local beer, soft drinks, and mineral water are served by the glass with meals.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as coffee/tea, soft drinks, mineral water, beer, wine (red, white, rosé), Ouzo, brandy, vodka, gin, tequila, and rum are included from 10:30 am–11 pm at the pool/snack bar.
Once per stay, dinner can be taken in the taverna at no extra charge. For further visits, a discount is granted to guests of the Premium Deluxe rooms (vouchers available at reception).

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from Jan 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
