Location

The Hotel Atlantis is located directly on the extensive sandy/pebble beach and offers an ideal location near the island's capital. Kos Town is only about 2 km away and delights with numerous taverns, bars, nightclubs, various shopping opportunities, as well as a diverse entertainment offer.
A bike path runs directly in front of the hotel, and a bus stop is located immediately opposite. Kos Airport is about 30 km away.

Facilities

The hotel features 510 rooms, a 24-hour reception, lounge with terrace, bar, air-conditioned restaurant with terrace, a game room and an internet corner (both for a fee), a mini-market, and a souvenir shop. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and in the rooms. In the spacious garden area, there are pools, a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a snack beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas at the beach are available for a fee. Admission to the Lido Water Park (open weather-permitting from mid-June to mid-September) is included for all guests. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service there.

Double Room Superior Panorama Sea View

The newly renovated rooms are located in the main building and feature a bathroom with bathtub, bath slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, 2 single beds, an armchair or an armchair bed, large flat-screen satellite TV, refrigerator, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning, safe, coffee/tea making facilities with daily refill, Nespresso machine (refill every second day), balcony, and are located on the 4th floor (2RA/DIM).

Family Room 2 Bedrooms

With otherwise the same facilities as the double rooms, the family rooms feature a living room/bedroom and a separate bedroom (DF2). Optionally also bookable with sea view for an extra charge (F2M).

Feature the same facilities as the double rooms, but are located in the garden area (S12).

Deluxe Beachfront Bungalow

The newly built Deluxe Beachfront Bungalows feature a modern bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, ironing station, mini-fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, Nespresso machine (free refill), room service, furnished terrace, and direct sea view (D12 bookable on request).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am. International lunch takes place from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, dinner is offered from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm in buffet style with show cooking.
From 10:30 am to 5 pm, cakes, ice cream, as well as hot and cold snacks are available. Soft drinks, draft beer, house wine, coffee and tea, as well as a selection of cocktails and spirits are included from 11 am to 11 pm. Selected local long drinks are offered from 5 pm to 11 pm.
A gala dinner takes place once a week.
From Summer 2027, between mid-May and mid-October, breakfast (8-10 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) can also be enjoyed in the tavern "On The Blue". Dinner is served à la carte with Greek and international cuisine. A reservation is required for this.

Not included in All Inclusive

The beach bar (9 am-5 pm) is not included in the All Inclusive package.

Sports for a fee

Table tennis, billiards, and tennis.

Children's program

For our younger guests, a separate children's pool and a playground are available.

Entertainment

Entertainment is provided by a light animation program six days a week with activities such as yoga, water gymnastics, bocce, and beach volleyball. In the evening, varied shows are regularly presented.

Hotel Service

Room cleaning including towel and bed linen change every 2 days (further room cleaning on request).
Bath towels (changed every second day) are already provided in the room.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from January 1st, 2025, from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays in the high season 1.4.-31.10.
