Location

The Hotel Atlantis is located directly on the extensive sand/gravel beach and offers an ideal location near the island capital. Kos Town is only about 2 km away and impresses with numerous tavernas, bars, nightclubs, diverse shopping opportunities, and a varied entertainment program.
A cycle path runs directly in front of the hotel, and a bus stop is located directly opposite. Kos Airport is approximately 30 km away.

Facilities

The hotel has 510 rooms, a 24-hour reception, a lounge with a terrace, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant with a terrace, a games room, and an internet corner (both for a fee). There is also a mini-market and a souvenir shop. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and in the rooms. The extensive garden features pools, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a snack beach bar. Loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee.

The modernly furnished rooms are located in the main building or in the annexes. All rooms have a telephone, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, satellite TV, refrigerator, bath/WC, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Also available with sea view (DM/DMA) as an option.

These are double rooms for single occupancy (DE/DEA).

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, the comfort rooms have a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom (2CD/DKA). Also available with sea view as an option (DKM/SKM).

Double Room Superior Panorama Sea View

The newly renovated rooms are located in the main building and feature a bathroom with a bathtub, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, 2 single beds, an armchair or sofa bed, a large flat-screen satellite TV, refrigerator, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, safe, coffee/tea maker with daily replenishment, Nespresso machine (replenished every other day), balcony, and are located on the 4th floor (2RA/DIM).

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, the family rooms have a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom (DF2). Also available with sea view at an extra charge (F2M).

Studios

They have the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in the garden area (S12).

Deluxe Beachfront Bungalow

The newly built Deluxe Beachfront Bungalows feature a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, ironing station, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine (free refills), room service, furnished terrace, and direct sea view (D12 available on request).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 am. International lunch is available from 12:30 to 2:30 pm, and dinner is served from 6:30 to 9:30 pm in a buffet style with show cooking.
From 10:30 am to 5 pm, cakes, ice cream, and hot and cold snacks are available. Soft drinks, draught beer, house wine, coffee, and tea, as well as a selection of cocktails and spirits, are included from 11 am to 11 pm. Selected local long drinks are available from 5 pm to 11 pm.
A gala dinner is held once a week.

Not included in All Inclusive

The beach bar (9 am - 5 pm) is not included in the All Inclusive package.

Sports for a Fee

Table tennis, billiards, and tennis.

Children's Program

For the younger guests, there is a separate children's pool and a playground.

Entertainment

Light animation programs are provided six days a week with activities such as yoga, aqua aerobics, boccia, and beach volleyball. In the evenings, varied shows are regularly presented.

Hotel Service

Room cleaning, including towel and bed linen change every 2 days (further room cleaning upon request).
Beach towels (changed every second day) are already provided in the room.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 1.1.2025.
