Location

The Atlantis hotel is located directly on the extensive sandy/pebble beach and offers an ideal location near the island's capital. Kos town is only about 2 km away and impresses with numerous tavernas, bars, nightclubs, diverse shopping opportunities, and a varied entertainment program.
A cycle path runs directly in front of the hotel, and a bus stop is located directly opposite. Kos Airport is around 30 km away.

The hotel has 510 rooms, a 24-hour reception, a lounge with a terrace, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant with a terrace, a games room, and an internet corner (both for a fee), a mini-market, and a souvenir shop. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and in the rooms. In the extensive garden area, there are pools, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a snack beach bar. Loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee.

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms are located in the main building or in the annexes. All rooms have a telephone, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, satellite TV, refrigerator, bath/WC, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Also available with sea view (DM/DMA) at your option.

These are double rooms for single use (DE/DEA).

Double Superior Panorama Sea View

The newly renovated rooms are located in the main building and have a bathroom with a bathtub, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, 2 single beds, an armchair or a sofa bed, a large flat-screen satellite TV, refrigerator, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, safe, coffee/tea maker with daily refill, Nespresso machine (refilled every other day), balcony, and are located on the 4th floor (2RA/DIM).

Family Room

With otherwise the same furnishings as the double rooms, the family rooms have a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom (DF2). Also available with sea view at an extra charge (F2M).

Studios

These have the same furnishings as the double rooms but are located in the garden area (S12).

Deluxe Beachfront Bungalow

The newly built Deluxe Beachfront Bungalows have a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, ironing station, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine (free refills), room service, furnished terrace, and direct sea view (D12 available on request).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 am. International lunch is available from 12:30 to 2:30 pm, and dinner is served from 6:30 to 9:30 pm in buffet form with show cooking.
From 10:30 am to 5 pm, cakes, ice cream, and hot and cold snacks are available. Soft drinks, draft beer, house wine, coffee, and tea, as well as a selection of cocktails and spirits, are included from 11 am to 11 pm. Selected local long drinks are available from 5 pm to 11 pm.
A gala dinner is held once a week.

Not included in All Inclusive

The beach bar (9 am - 5 pm) is not included in the All Inclusive.

Children's Program

A separate children's pool and a playground are available for the little guests.

Hotel Service

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 € per day and room from 01.01.2025.
