Hotel Atlantis is located directly on a wide sand/shingle beach and offers an ideal location near the island's capital. Kos Town is just about 2 km away and delights with numerous taverns, bars, nightclubs, diverse shopping opportunities, and a varied entertainment offer.
A cycle path runs directly in front of the hotel, and a bus stop is located immediately opposite. Kos Airport is approximately 30 km away.

The hotel features 510 rooms, a 24-hour reception, lounge with terrace, bar, air-conditioned restaurant with terrace, a game room and an internet corner (both for a fee), a mini market, and a souvenir shop. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and in the rooms. The extensive garden area includes pools, a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a snack beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee.

The newly renovated rooms are located in the main building and feature a bathroom with bathtub, bath slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, 2 single beds, an armchair or an armchair-bed, large flat-screen satellite TV, refrigerator, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning, safe, coffee/tea maker with daily refill, Nespresso machine (refill every second day), balcony, and are located on the 4th floor (2RA/DIM).

Family room 2 bedrooms

The newly built Deluxe Beachfront Bungalows feature a modern bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, ironing station, mini-refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine (free refill), room service, furnished terrace, and a direct sea view (D12 bookable on request).

Breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am. International lunch takes place from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, dinner is offered from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm in buffet form with show cooking.
From 10:30 am to 5 pm, cakes, ice cream, as well as hot and cold snacks are available. Soft drinks, draft beer, house wine, coffee and tea, as well as a selection of cocktails and spirits are included from 11 am to 11 pm. Selected local long drinks are offered from 5 pm to 11 pm.
A gala dinner takes place once a week.

Not included in All Inclusive

The beach bar (9 am - 5 pm) is not included in All Inclusive.

Table tennis, billiards, and tennis.

Children's program

For younger guests, a separate children's pool and a playground are available.

Entertainment

Entertainment is provided by a light animation program six days per week with activities such as yoga, water gymnastics, bocce, and beach volleyball. In the evening, varied shows are regularly presented.

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 1.1.2025 from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
