The family-friendly club resort is situated in a quiet environment, approx. 5 km outside of Kardamena, on the slopes of Mount Dikeos directly by a long pebble beach. Kos town is about 32 km away. A public bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel; the airport is approx. 11 km away.

The hotel complex offers a combination of Greek charm and modern ambiance. The 5-star resort consists of 455 rooms spread across a main building with an elevator and several bungalow-style buildings. It features an entrance lobby with a 24-hour reception and seating areas, restaurants (grill restaurant, fish restaurant, and Pan-Asian restaurant - reservation required and subject to availability, creperie, take-away pizza "on the beach"), seven bars, a mini-market, kiosk, boutique, and a nightclub (not included in All Inclusive). The outdoor area includes a pool landscape with 5 freshwater swimming pools, 1 saltwater pool, a children's pool, and a water park with slides (10 a.m. – 6 p.m./ages 6 and up), as well as pool/beach bars. The sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, which are included both at the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Double room sea view

Located in the main building or in the bungalow buildings, these rooms feature a bathroom with a bathtub/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, coffee/tea station, air conditioning, safe, and a balcony or terrace with a view of the sea (DM/DMI/O2M).
Also bookable as a saver room without a sea view (SSZ).

Single room

Single rooms are double rooms for single use (DE).

Family room garden access

These family rooms offer the same amenities as the double rooms but include an additional sleeping area, separated by a wood-glass partition, and have direct access to the garden (DF2).
Alternatively also bookable as a family suite with garden view (FSG). The family suite is also available with a sea view for an extra charge (2FM).

Bungalow sea view

Feature the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in the bungalows and have a sea view (B2M/WF2).

Maisonettes

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the maisonettes are spread over two levels with an open gallery. There are two beds on the upper floor and two additional sleeping spaces on the lower floor. Furthermore, the maisonettes have two bathrooms, a Nespresso machine, and are located in the bungalow area (M2).

Maisonette sea view

Feature the same amenities as the maisonettes but with a sea view (2M).

Maisonette pool access

With the same amenities as the maisonettes, these rooms have access to a shared pool (2MM).
The shared pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for mindful behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen has a minimum age requirement of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Mitsis indulges guests around the clock with tasty culinary delights and varied beverages.
Early-bird breakfast from 4 a.m. – 7 a.m.; rich breakfast buffet from 7 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. including freshly squeezed orange juice and a Greek corner with local delicacies. A buffet is also provided for lunch from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. For dinner from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., there are alternating theme nights presented as a generous buffet. Additionally, the main restaurant buffet offers a salad corner for lunch and dinner. A small midnight buffet is available from 10 p.m. – 4 a.m. Beer, wine, soft drinks, water, and juices are served with meals, along with espresso and cappuccino at breakfast.
An extensive selection of à-la-carte restaurants (once per week per restaurant, reservation required) and bars leaves nothing to be desired.
Smokey Grill À-la-carte Restaurant (reservation required for breakfast and dinner):
Breakfast buffet from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m., lunch buffet from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m., and a variety of grilled dishes for dinner from 6:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Fish Restaurant "Big Blue", À-la-carte Restaurant (reservation required):
For dinner, enjoy the fresh catch of the day here from 6:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Asian À-la-carte Restaurant "Ni Hao" (reservation required):
Asian dishes are conjured up here from 6:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Take-away Pizzeria "Oven on the Beach":
Fresh, homemade pizza is provided here from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Cafe Bar "Villagio":
Located directly in the main building, the Villagio offers a large selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails from 9 a.m. – midnight. There are also crepes, pancakes, and ice cream (10 a.m. – midnight). Kids' cocktails are available for younger guests.
Bar "Casablanca":
The bar is a wonderful meeting point with sea views, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. From 6 p.m. – 2 a.m., enjoy a large selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails accompanied by selected music.
Main Pool Bar "Mojito":
Located directly at the pool complex, offering a large selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails from 9 a.m. – midnight.
Pool Bar "Navarone":
From 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., the bar is a trendy meeting place to gather with friends or lounge in the whirlpool area. Also offering a large selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails.
Pool Bar "Nautilus":
Located directly by the water slides, offering soft drinks, juices, long drinks, and beer from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Theater Bar "Irene Pappas":
Beer, wine, long drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served during the shows.
Beach Bar:
From 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. (until midnight in July/August), enjoy a selection of the best drinks at the completely renovated beach bar. In the evening hours, the bar is reserved for adults only.
Additionally, there is afternoon tea from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Lunch packages can be provided for excursions; please register via the concierge platform by 8:30 p.m. the day before.
The main restaurant offers 24-hour All Inclusive service.
Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary requirements are available upon request. Please contact the reception for this.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Billiards, water sports center with water skiing, jet skiing, ringos, catamaran and banana boat, scuba diving (including lessons), and boat excursions.

Children's pools and playground. There is a Mini Club and a wide variety of programs and special activities available. The Mini Club for children aged 4-12 ensures varied entertainment in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
Additionally, the Junior Club (12-16 years) offers a meeting point for peers during July-August. Opening hours: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., plus a children's disco from 8:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
High chairs in the restaurant and baby cots are available free of charge, subject to availability.

Entertainment

An international animation team provides a varied program for all ages.
During the day, there are various sports activities, while evenings feature live music, musicals, cabaret, sketches, shows, competitions, performances, and more.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Tax

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting Jan 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season April 1 – Oct 31:
