Location

The family-friendly club resort is located in a quiet area, about 5 km outside of Kardamena, on the slopes of Mount Dikeos directly on a long pebble beach. Kos Town is approximately 32 km away. A public bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel, and the airport is approx. 11 km away.

The hotel complex offers a combination of Greek charm and a modern ambience. The 5-star resort consists of 455 rooms spread across a main building with a lift and several bungalow-style buildings. It features a lobby with a 24-hour reception and seating areas, restaurants (grill restaurant, fish restaurant, and Pan-Asian restaurant; reservation required and subject to availability, creperie, and take-away pizza "on the beach"), seven bars, a mini-market, kiosk, boutique, and a nightclub (not included in All Inclusive). The outdoor area includes a pool landscape with 5 freshwater swimming pools, 1 seawater pool, children's pool, and a water park with slides (10 am – 6 pm / from age 6) as well as pool/beach bars. The sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, which are included both at the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel complex.

Double room with sea view

Located in the main building or in the bungalow buildings, these feature a bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, coffee/tea station, air conditioning, safe, and a balcony or terrace with a view of the sea (DM/DMI/O2M).
Also bookable as a saver room without sea view (SSZ).

Single rooms are double rooms for single occupancy (DE).

Family room with garden access

The family rooms offer the same amenities as the double rooms but include an additional sleeping area separated by a wood-glass partition and have direct access to the garden (DF2).
Alternatively, also bookable as a family suite with garden view (FSG). For an extra charge, the family suite is also available with a sea view (2FM).

Bungalow with sea view

Features the same amenities as the double rooms but is located in the bungalows and has a sea view (B2M/WF2).

Maisonettes

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the maisonettes are spread over two levels with an open gallery. On the upper floor, there are two beds, and on the lower floor, there are two additional sleeping options. Additionally, the maisonettes have two bathrooms, a Nespresso machine, and are located in the bungalow area (M2).

Maisonette with sea view

Features the same amenities as the maisonettes plus a sea view (2M).

Maisonette with pool access

With the same amenities as the maisonettes, these rooms have access to a shared pool (2MM).
The shared pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We request that guests behave cautiously and pay special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Mitsis indulges guests around the clock with tasty delicacies and varied drinks.
Early-bird breakfast from 4 am – 7 am; rich breakfast buffet from 7 am – 10:30 am including freshly squeezed orange juice and a Greek corner with local delicacies. A buffet is also served for lunch from 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm. For dinner from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm, there are alternating theme nights presented as a generous buffet. In addition, the main restaurant's buffet offers a salad corner during lunch and dinner. A small midnight buffet is available from 10 pm – 4 am. Beer, wine, soft drinks, water, and juices are served with meals, as well as espresso and cappuccino at breakfast.
An extensive selection of à-la-carte restaurants (once per week per restaurant upon prior reservation) and bars leave nothing to be desired.
Smokey Grill à-la-carte restaurant (reservation required for breakfast and dinner):
Breakfast buffet from 8 am – 11 am, lunch buffet from 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm, and a variety of grilled dishes for dinner from 6:30 pm – 10 pm.
Fish restaurant "Big Blue", à-la-carte restaurant (reservation required):
Enjoy the fresh catches of the day here for dinner from 6:30 pm – 10 pm.
Asian à-la-carte restaurant "Ni Hao" (reservation required):
Asian dishes are conjured up here from 6:30 pm – 10 pm.
Take-away pizzeria "Oven on the Beach":
You will be supplied with fresh, homemade pizza here from 11 am – 6 pm.
Cafe Bar "Villagio":
Located directly in the main building, the Villagio offers a large selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails from 9 am – midnight. There are also crepes, pancakes, and ice cream (10 am – midnight). Kids' cocktails are available for younger guests.
Bar "Casablanca":
The bar is a wonderful meeting place with a view of the sea, with both indoor and outdoor seating. From 6 pm – 2 am, there is a large selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails, accompanied by selected music.
Main Pool Bar "Mojito":
Located directly at the pool landscape, it offers a large selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails from 9 am – midnight.
Pool Bar "Navarone":
From 10 am – 6 pm, the bar is a trendy meeting place to meet friends or to linger in the whirlpool corner. Here, too, there is a large selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails.
Pool Bar "Nautilus":
Located directly by the water slides, it serves soft drinks, juices, long drinks, and beer from 10 am – 6 pm.
Theater Bar "Irene Pappas":
During the shows, beer, wine, long drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served.
Beach Bar:
From 10 am – 6 pm (in July/August until midnight), you can find a selection of the best drinks at the completely renovated beach bar. In the evening hours, the bar is open for adults only.
There is also an afternoon tea from 5 pm – 7 pm.
For excursions, a lunch package is gladly provided; please register via the concierge platform by 8:30 pm the day before.
In the main restaurant, there is a 24-hour All Inclusive service.
Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary requirements are available upon request. Please contact the reception for this.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Sports included

Tennis with floodlights and equipment (at the sister hotel Mitsis Blue Domes), darts, volleyball, aerobics, outdoor gym, boccia, table tennis, padel, water polo, darts, canoes, pedal boats, and surfboards (with a surfing license).

Sports for a fee

Billiards, water sports center with water skiing, jet skiing, ringos, catamaran, and banana boat, diving (including lessons), and boat trips.

Children's program

Children's pools and playground. There is a mini club and a wide variety of programs and special activities. The mini club for children aged 4-12 ensures varied entertainment in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
Additionally, the Junior Club (12-16 years) offers a meeting place for peers in July-August. Opening hours: 10 am – 6 pm, plus a children's disco from 8:30 pm – 9 pm.
High chairs in the restaurant and baby cots are available free of charge, subject to availability.
Baby monitors and bottle warmers (upon request).

Entertainment

An international animation team provides a varied program for every age.
During the day, there are various sports activities, and in the evening, live music, musicals, cabarets, sketches, shows, competitions, performances, and more.

Note on climate resilience fee
