Location

The family-friendly club resort is located in a quiet area, about 5 km outside Kardamena, on the slope of Mount Dikeos, directly on a long pebble beach. Kos Town is around 32 km away. A public bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel, and the airport is approx. 11 km away.

The hotel complex offers a combination of Greek charm and modern ambience. The 5-star resort consists of 455 rooms spread across a main building with a lift and several bungalow-style buildings. It features a reception hall with a 24-hour reception and seating areas, restaurants (Grill Restaurant, Fish Restaurant and Pan-Asian Restaurant - reservation required, subject to availability, Crêperie, Take away Pizza "on the beach"), seven bars, a mini-market, a kiosk, a boutique, and a discotheque (not included in All Inclusive). The outdoor area includes a pool landscape with 5 freshwater swimming pools, 1 saltwater pool, a children's pool, and a water park with slides (10 am-6 pm / from 6 years old) as well as a pool/beach bar. The sun terrace is equipped with loungers and umbrellas, which are included both by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Double room with sea view

Located in the main building or in the bungalow buildings, these rooms feature a bathroom with a tub/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, coffee/tea station, air conditioning, safe, and a balcony or terrace with a sea view (DM/DMI/O2M).
Also available as a budget room without sea view (SSZ).

Single rooms are double rooms for single occupancy (DE).

Family room with garden access

With the same amenities as double rooms, the family rooms feature an additional sleeping area separated by a wood-and-glass partition and offer direct garden access (DF2).
Alternatively, also bookable as a family suite with garden view (FSG). For an additional charge, the family suite is also available with a sea view (2FM).

Bungalow with sea view

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in the bungalows and have a sea view (B2M/WF2).

Maisonette

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the maisonettes are spread over two levels with an open gallery. The upper floor has two beds, and the lower floor has two additional sleeping spaces. The maisonettes also have two bathrooms, a Nespresso machine, and are located in the bungalow area (M2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Mitsis spoils you around the clock with delicious culinary delights and varied drinks.
Early bird breakfast from 4-7 am; a lavish breakfast buffet from 7-10:30 am, including freshly squeezed orange juice and a Greek corner with local delicacies. For lunch from 12:30-2:30 pm, there is also a buffet. For dinner from 6:30-9:30 pm, there are alternating theme nights presented as a generous buffet. Additionally, the buffet in the main restaurant offers a salad bar for lunch and dinner. A small midnight buffet is available from 10 pm to 4 am. Beer, wine, soft drinks, water, and juices are served with meals, as well as espresso and cappuccino for breakfast.
An extensive selection of à la carte restaurants (once a week per restaurant, reservation required) and bars leaves nothing to be desired.
Smokey Grill À la carte Restaurant (reservation required for breakfast and dinner):
From 8 am to 11 am, there is a breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and for dinner from 6:30 pm to 10 pm, there is a variety of grilled dishes.
Fish Restaurant "Big Blue", À la carte Restaurant (reservation required):
Here you can enjoy the fresh catch of the day for dinner from 6:30 pm to 10 pm.
Asian À la carte Restaurant "Ni Hao" (reservation required):
Asian dishes are prepared here from 6:30 pm to 10 pm.
Takeaway Pizzeria "Oven on the Beach":
From 11 am to 6 pm, you will be served freshly made, homemade pizza here.
Cafe Bar "Villagio"
Located directly in the main building, Villagio offers a wide selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails from 9 am to midnight. Additionally, there are crepes, pancakes, and ice cream (10 am to midnight). For younger guests, there are kids' cocktails.
Bar "Casablanca":
The bar is a wonderful meeting point with a sea view, offering seating indoors and outdoors. From 6 pm to 2 am, with selected music, there is a wide selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails.
Main Pool Bar "Mojito":
Located directly by the pool landscape, offering a wide selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails from 9 am to midnight.
Pool Bar "Navarone":
From 10 am to 6 pm, the bar is a popular meeting spot to catch up with friends or relax in the whirlpool area. Here too, there is a wide selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails.
Pool Bar "Nautilus":
Located directly by the water slides, offering soft drinks, juices, long drinks, and beer from 10 am to 6 pm.
Theater Bar "Irene Pappas":
Beer, wine, long drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served during the shows.
Beach Bar:
From 10 am to 6 pm (until midnight in July/August), the completely renovated beach bar offers a selection of the best drinks. In the evening, the bar is open for adults only.
Additionally, there is an afternoon tea from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Lunch packages are available for excursions; please register via the concierge platform the day before by 8:30 pm.
There is a 24-hour All Inclusive service in the main restaurant.
Upon request, the following dishes can be prepared at no extra charge: gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, diabetic meals.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Sports included

Tennis with floodlights and equipment (at the sister hotel Mitsis Blue Domes), darts, volleyball, aerobics, outdoor gym, bocce, table tennis, padel, water polo, darts, canoes, pedal boats, and surfboards (with surf license).

Sports for a fee

Billiards, water sports center with water skiing, jet skiing, ringos, catamaran and banana boat rides, diving (including lessons), and boat trips.

Children's program

Children's pools and a playground. There is a mini club and a wide variety of programs and special activities available. The mini club for children aged 4-12 provides varied entertainment in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
Additionally, the Junior Club (ages 12-16) offers a meeting point for peers in July-August. Opening hours: 10 am-6 pm, as well as a children's disco from 8:30-9 pm.
High chairs in the restaurant and baby cots are available free of charge, subject to availability.

An international animation team offers a varied program for all ages.

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy to be paid by guests on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
