Location

The hotel "Aváli, Mar-Bella Collection," belonging to the renowned Mar-Bella hotel chain, newly opened in summer 2025, promises luxurious 5-star comfort and offers diverse and relaxing holiday experiences for guests of all ages. Located amidst the lush nature of Agios Ioannis Peristeron, on the picturesque southeast coast of Corfu, with a breathtaking view of the crystal-clear sea. The beach section belonging to the hotel is only 300 meters away and invites you to swim and relax with its sand and pebble beach (swimming shoes recommended). The central location allows for convenient travel, as the airport and the charming old town of Corfu are reachable in approx. 15 km.

Facilities

The hotel, newly built for summer 2025 with only 76 rooms, offers a spacious lobby with a 24-h reception, the main restaurant "Zardini" with international buffet dishes, two à la carte restaurants (Asian and BBQ from 2026), and two bars. High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel complex.
The outdoor area includes a freshwater infinity pool, food trucks at the pool and beach, and the Beach Kiosk. Sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as cabanas, are available to all guests free of charge at both the pool and the beach.
The public facilities of the three sister hotels MarBella (CFU100), Nido (CFU230, adults only), and Avali (CFU132) can be used mutually (age restrictions apply).
Thus, guests can also use the nine buffet and à la carte restaurants as part of the Dine-Around program (partially for a fee, details see meal information).
A free shuttle service is offered between the hotels.

Double Room Grand Balcony

The elegantly furnished double rooms feature a queen-size bed, a bathroom with rain shower/toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, a full-length mirror, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked on arrival), and kettle, Nespresso capsule machine (daily refill included), and a balcony furnished with 2 lounge chairs and a table, facing the land side (D).
Also available for single occupancy (DE) or as a Double Room Deluxe Sea View with a standard balcony (DDM).

Double Room Deluxe "Rooftop"

The stylish Double Rooms Deluxe are somewhat more spacious with the same basic amenities, but offer a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed, as well as a covered roof terrace furnished with a daybed, lounge chairs, and a table, with land view (DD2).
Also available with a frontal sea view (2RA).

Double Room Deluxe Frontal Sea View

The rooms feature a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed, a bathroom with rain shower/toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, a full-length mirror, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked on arrival), and kettle, Nespresso capsule machine (daily refill included), and a balcony furnished with a daybed, lounge chairs, and a table with a frontal sea view (OM2).
Also available for single occupancy (OM1).

Double Room Deluxe Private Pool Frontal Sea View

With identical basic amenities to the Double Room Deluxe "Rooftop" Frontal Sea View, these double rooms additionally offer a private infinity pool (ML2).
The private pool is not supervised. Please be especially careful with your children when using this area and act responsibly.

Junior Suite Side Sea View Grand Balcony

The spacious Junior Suites feature a king-size bed and a sofa bed for the 3rd person, a bathroom with rain shower/toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, a full-length mirror, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked on arrival), and kettle, Nespresso capsule machine (daily refill included), and a balcony furnished with a daybed, 2 lounge chairs, and a table with a side sea view (J2S).
Optionally, can also be booked as a "Rooftop" Junior Suite (RTO), which offers a spacious and covered roof terrace. It is equipped with two lounge chairs, a hanging chair, and a table and offers a breathtaking frontal view of the sea.

Junior Suite Panorama Sea View

With the same basic amenities as the Junior Suite Grand Balcony, the Panorama Junior Suites are more spacious and additionally offer a walk-in closet, panorama windows, and a balcony furnished with a daybed, 2 lounge chairs, and a table with a magnificent panoramic view over the Ionian Sea (JPM).

Junior Suite Panorama Sea View Private Pool

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite Panorama Sea View, these rooms feature a private infinity pool (QL2).

Breakfast is served as a rich buffet with a diverse selection of international and Mediterranean dishes at the main restaurant "Zardini" from 7 AM to 11 AM, lunch from 1 PM to 3 PM, and dinner from 7 PM to 9:30 PM.
Alternatively, breakfast and dinner can also be enjoyed in one of the à la carte restaurants (reservation required, dinner 3 times a week with a minimum stay of 7 nights).
From 2026, a generous selection of à la carte snacks and unlimited ice cream will be available at the pool and beach truck from 11 AM to 6 PM.
For refreshments, a wide selection of international and national alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as cocktails, are included daily from 10 AM to midnight at the open bar.

Dine-Around Program

The Dine-Around program offers a culinary journey like no other, allowing guests to dine in the participating buffet and à la carte restaurants of all three sister hotels MarBella (CFU100), Nido (CFU230), and Avali (CFU132), depending on their length of stay:
(1x for stays of 3-4 nights, 2x for 5-6 nights, 3x for 7 nights, 5x for 10 nights, 8x for 14 nights, and 10x for 21 nights)
At MarBella (CFU100):

- Kuzina Restaurant (Italian; buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner à la carte)

At Nido (CFU230):

In addition to the booked meal plan, guests can visit the à la carte restaurants with a daily dining credit of €20 per adult and €10 per child.

Information regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01/01/2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
