Location

The "Aváli, Mar-Bella Collection" hotel, newly opened in summer 2025 by the renowned Mar-Bella hotel chain, promises luxurious 5-star comfort and offers varied and relaxing holiday experiences for guests of all ages thanks to its direct beach location. Set amidst the lush nature of Agios Ioannis Peristeron, on the picturesque southeast coast of Corfu, with breathtaking views of the crystal-clear sea. The hotel's own beach section is just 300 meters away and invites you to swim and relax on its sand and pebble beach (beach shoes recommended). Its central location allows for a convenient arrival, with the airport and the charming old town of Corfu reachable within approx. 15 km.

Facilities

The hotel, newly built and opened in summer 2025 with only 76 rooms, offers a spacious lobby with 24-hour reception, the main restaurant "Zardini" with international buffet dishes, the à-la-carte restaurant "Stia" with grill specialties, and two bars. High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel complex.
Outside, there is a spacious freshwater infinity pool as well as a cozy pool bar. Comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and cabanas are available free of charge in the garden area.
The public facilities of the three sister hotels MarBella (CFU100), Nido (CFU230, adults only), and Avali (CFU132) may be used mutually (age restrictions must be observed).
Guests can also make use of the total of nine buffet and à-la-carte restaurants as part of the Dine-Around program (partially for a fee, see meal information for details).
A free shuttle service is offered between the hotels.

Double Room Grand Balcony

The high-quality furnished double rooms feature a queen-size bed, semi-open bathroom with rainfall shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, full-length mirror, 50" Smart TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival), and electric kettle, Nespresso capsule machine (daily replenishment included), as well as a balcony furnished with two lounge chairs or a sofa and a table, facing the land side (D).
Also available for single use (DE) or as a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View with a standard balcony (DDM).

Deluxe Double Room "Rooftop"

With the same basic furnishings, the stylish Deluxe double rooms are slightly more spacious but offer a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed, as well as a covered rooftop terrace furnished with a daybed, lounge chairs, and a table, with land view (DD2).
Also bookable with a front sea view (2RA).

Deluxe Double Room Front Sea View

These rooms feature a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed, bathroom with rainfall shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, full-length mirror, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival), and electric kettle, Nespresso capsule machine (daily replenishment included), as well as a balcony furnished with a daybed, lounge chairs, and a table with a front sea view (OM2).

Deluxe Double Room Private Pool Front Sea View

With identical basic furnishings to the Deluxe Double Room "Rooftop" with front sea view, these double rooms additionally offer a private infinity pool (ML2).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please therefore take special care of your children when using this area and act with caution.

Junior Suite Side Sea View Grand Balcony

The spacious junior suites feature a king-size bed and a sofa bed for the 3rd person, bathroom with rainfall shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, full-length mirror, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival), and electric kettle, Nespresso capsule machine (daily replenishment included), as well as a balcony furnished with a daybed, 2 lounge chairs, and a table with a side sea view (J2S).
Optionally also bookable as a "Rooftop" Junior Suite (RTO), which offers a spacious and covered rooftop terrace. This is equipped with two lounge chairs, a hanging chair, and a table, and features a breathtaking front view of the sea.

The Greek Chefs Abroad series returns for the sixth time and in 2026 is themed "From Tradition to Table". The focus: top Greek chefs with international experience who reinterpret their culinary roots in a modern form. The events will take place in the summer of 2026 at the Nido and Avali hotels.
Program:
June 13th at Avali
Katerina Milakis opens the series with the authentic cuisine of Evi Evane from Paris.
June 20th at Nido
Kostas Papathanasiou from Frantzén in Stockholm presents a precise, internationally influenced fine-dining cuisine.
July 25th at Nido
Nikos Roussos, top chef at Funky Gourmet in Athens, concludes the series with modern, avant-garde top-tier Greek cuisine.

All Inclusive

Premium All Inclusive

In the main restaurant "Zardini", breakfast is served from 7:30-11:00, lunch from 13:00-15:00, and dinner from 19:00-22:00 as a rich buffet with a diverse selection of international and Mediterranean dishes.
Alternatively, dinner can also be taken in one of the à-la-carte restaurants (reservation required, dinner 3x weekly with a minimum stay of 7 nights).
From 2026, a generous selection of à-la-carte snacks as well as unlimited ice cream will be available at the pool bar from 12:00-18:00.
Refreshments include a wide selection of international and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as cocktails, which are included daily from 10:00-0:00 at the respective open bar.

Dine-Around Program

The gastronomic offering of the Dine-Around program provides for a culinary journey of a special kind, allowing guests to dine in the participating buffet and à-la-carte restaurants of all three sister hotels MarBella (CFU100), Nido (CFU230), and Avali (CFU132) depending on the length of stay:

Destination information

For stays starting from 01/01/2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 01/01/2025 at 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
