Location

Newly opened in summer 2025, the "Aváli, Mar-Bella Collection" hotel, part of the renowned Mar-Bella hotel chain, promises luxurious 5-star comfort and offers diverse and relaxing holiday experiences for guests of all ages. Situated amidst the lush nature of Agios Ioannis Peristeron, on the picturesque southeast coast of Corfu, with breathtaking views of the crystal-clear sea. The hotel's private beach section is just 300 meters away and invites you to swim and relax on its sand and pebble shore (bathing shoes recommended). Its central location allows for convenient arrival, with the airport and the charming old town of Corfu approximately 15 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, newly built for summer 2025 with only 76 rooms, offers a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, the main restaurant "Zardini" with international buffet dishes, two à la carte restaurants (Asian and from 2026 BBQ), and two bars. High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel complex.
The outdoor area features a freshwater infinity pool, food trucks by the pool and beach, and the beach kiosk. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and cabanas are available free of charge for all guests at both the pool and the beach.
The public facilities of the three sister hotels MarBella (CFU100), Nido (CFU230, adults only), and Avali (CFU132) can be used by guests of each other (age restrictions apply).
Guests can also use a total of nine buffet and à la carte restaurants as part of the Dine-Around program (partially for a fee, details in the meal information).
A free shuttle service is offered between the hotels.

Double Room Grand Balcony

The high-quality furnished double rooms feature a queen-size bed, bathroom with rain shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, full-length mirror, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked on arrival), and kettle, Nespresso capsule machine (daily refill included), as well as a balcony furnished with 2 lounge chairs and a table, facing the land side (D).
Also available for single use (DE) or as a Double Room Deluxe Sea View with a standard balcony (DDM).

Double Room Deluxe "Rooftop"

The stylish Double Rooms Deluxe are slightly more spacious with the same basic amenities, but offer a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed, as well as a covered rooftop terrace furnished with a daybed, lounge chairs, and a table, with land view (DD2).
Also available with a frontal sea view (2RA).

Double Room Deluxe Frontal Sea View

The rooms feature a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed, bathroom with rain shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, full-length mirror, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked on arrival), and kettle, Nespresso capsule machine (daily refill included), as well as a balcony furnished with a daybed, lounge chairs, and a table with a frontal sea view (OM2).
Also available for single use (OM1).

Double Room Deluxe Private Pool Frontal Sea View

With identical basic amenities to the Double Rooms Deluxe "Rooftop" Frontal Sea View, these double rooms additionally offer a private infinity pool (ML2).
The private pool is not supervised. Please pay special attention to your children when using this area and act responsibly.

Junior Suite Side Sea View Grand Balcony

The spacious junior suites feature a king-size bed and a sofa bed for the 3rd person, bathroom with rain shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, full-length mirror, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked on arrival), and kettle, Nespresso capsule machine (daily refill included), as well as a balcony furnished with a daybed, 2 lounge chairs, and a table with a side sea view (J2S).
Optionally available as a "Rooftop" Junior Suite (RTO), offering a generous and covered rooftop terrace. It is equipped with two lounge chairs, a hanging chair, and a table, and features a breathtaking, frontal view of the sea.

The Greek Chefs Abroad series returns for the sixth time in 2026 under the theme "From Tradition to Table." The focus is on top Greek chefs with international experience who reinterpret their culinary roots in a modern way. The events will take place in the summer of 2026 at the Nido and Avali hotels.
Program:
June 13th at Avali
Katerina Milakis opens the series with the authentic cuisine of Evi Evane from Paris.
June 20th at Nido
Kostas Papathanasiou presents precise, internationally influenced fine dining cuisine.
July 25th at Nido
Nikos Roussos (Funky Gourmet) concludes the series with modern, avant-garde Greek haute cuisine.

All Inclusive

Premium All Inclusive

At the main restaurant "Zardini," breakfast is served from 7-11 AM, lunch from 1-3 PM, and dinner from 7-9:30 PM as a rich buffet with a diverse selection of international and Mediterranean dishes.
Alternatively, breakfast and dinner can also be enjoyed in one of the à la carte restaurants (reservation required, dinner 3 times a week with a minimum stay of 7 nights).
From 2026, the pool and beach truck will offer a generous selection of à la carte snacks and unlimited ice cream from 11 AM to 6 PM.
For refreshment, a wide selection of international and national alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as cocktails, are included daily from 10 AM to midnight at the respective open bar.

Dine-Around Program

The Dine-Around program offers a special culinary journey, allowing guests to dine in the participating buffet and à la carte restaurants of all three sister hotels MarBella (CFU100), Nido (CFU230), and Avali (CFU132), depending on their length of stay:

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 01.01.2025.
