Location

Newly opened in the summer of 2025, the "Aváli, Mar-Bella Collection" hotel by the renowned Mar-Bella hotel chain promises luxurious 5-star comfort. Its direct beach location offers varied and relaxing holiday experiences for guests of all ages. Situated amidst the lush nature of Agios Ioannis Peristeron on the picturesque southeast coast of Corfu, it offers breathtaking views of the crystal-clear sea. The hotel's private beach section is only 300 meters away and invites guests to swim and relax on its sand and pebble beach (swimming shoes recommended). Its central location allows for convenient travel, as the airport and the charming Old Town of Corfu are approximately 15 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, newly built and opened in summer 2025, features only 76 rooms, a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, the main restaurant "Zardini" serving international buffet meals, the à-la-carte restaurant "Stia" featuring grilled specialties, and two bars. High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.
In the outdoor area, you will find a large freshwater infinity pool and a cozy pool bar. Comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and cabanas are available free of charge in the garden area.
The public facilities of the three sister hotels, MarBella (CFU100), Nido (CFU230, adults only), and Avali (CFU132), may be used reciprocally (please note age restrictions).
Guests can also enjoy the total of nine buffet and à-la-carte restaurants as part of the Dine-Around program (partially for a fee, see meal information for details).
A complimentary shuttle service is provided between the hotels.

Double Room Grand Balcony

The high-quality furnished double rooms feature a queen-size bed, semi-open bathroom with a rain shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, full-length mirror, 50" smart TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival), and a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (daily replenishment included), and a furnished balcony with two lounge chairs or a sofa and a table, facing the land side (D).
Alternatively, bookable for single occupancy (DE) or as a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View and a standard balcony (DDM).

Deluxe Double Room "Rooftop"

The stylish Deluxe double rooms are slightly more spacious with the same basic features but offer a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed, as well as a covered rooftop terrace furnished with a daybed, lounge chairs, and a table, facing the land (DD2).
Alternatively bookable with frontal sea view (2RA).

Deluxe Double Room Frontal Sea View

The rooms feature a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed, bathroom with rain shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, full-length mirror, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival) and kettle, Nespresso machine (daily replenishment included), and a balcony furnished with a daybed, lounge chairs, and a table with frontal sea view (OM2).
Alternatively bookable for single occupancy (OM1).

Deluxe Double Room Private Pool Frontal Sea View

With identical basic amenities to the Deluxe "Rooftop" double rooms with frontal sea view, these rooms additionally feature a private infinity pool (ML2).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. Please take extra care of your children when using this area and exercise caution.

Junior Suite Side Sea View Grand Balcony

The spacious junior suites feature a king-size bed and a sofa bed for the 3rd person, bathroom with rain shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, full-length mirror, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival) and kettle, Nespresso machine (daily replenishment included), and a balcony with a daybed, 2 lounge chairs, and a table, offering side sea views (J2S).
Optionally bookable as a "Rooftop" Junior Suite (RTO), which offers a spacious and covered rooftop terrace. This is equipped with two lounge chairs, a hanging chair, and a table, and boasts breathtaking frontal views of the sea.

Junior Suite Panorama Sea View

With the same basic amenities as the Junior Suite Grand Balcony, the Panorama junior suites are more spacious and additionally feature a walk-in closet, panoramic windows, and a balcony with a daybed, 2 lounge chairs, and a table, offering magnificent panoramic views of the Ionian Sea (JPM).

The Greek Chefs Abroad series returns for the sixth time in 2026 under the theme "From Tradition to Table". The focus is on top Greek chefs with international experience who are reinterpreting their culinary roots in a modern way. The events will take place in summer 2026 at the Nido and Avali hotels.
Program:
June 13 at Avali
Katerina Milakis opens the series with the authentic cuisine of Evi Evane from Paris.
June 20 at Nido
Kostas Papathanasiou from Frantzén in Stockholm presents precise, internationally influenced fine dining cuisine.
July 25 at Nido
Nikos Roussos, top chef at Funky Gourmet in Athens, concludes the series with modern, avant-garde Greek haute cuisine.

All Inclusive

Premium All Inclusive

In the main restaurant "Zardini", breakfast is served from 7:30-11 am, lunch from 1-3 pm, and dinner from 7-10 pm as a rich buffet with a diverse selection of international and Mediterranean dishes.
Alternatively, dinner can also be enjoyed in one of the à-la-carte restaurants (reservation required; dinner 3x weekly with a minimum stay of 7 nights).
From 2026, a generous selection of à-la-carte snacks as well as unlimited ice cream will be available at the pool bar from 12-6 pm.
A wide range of international and national alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as cocktails, are included daily from 10 am to 12 am at the currently open bar.

Dine-Around Program

The Dine-Around program provides a special kind of culinary journey, allowing guests to dine in the participating buffet and à-la-carte restaurants of all three sister hotels: MarBella (CFU100), Nido (CFU230), and Avali (CFU132), depending on the length of stay:

Note on climate resilience tax

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
