Location

Directly on one of Corfu's most beautiful, kilometer-long sandy beaches in the south of the island. The beach has been awarded the "Blue Flag" several times due to its good water quality.
The former fishing village of Agios Georgios with its typical tavernas, cafes, and bars is about 200 m away. Corfu Town is approx. 28 km away, and the airport is approx. 27 km away.

Facilities

The generously designed hotel complex has a total of 684 rooms, spread across 16 buildings. The hotel offers its guests a reception hall with a 24-hour reception, a souvenir shop, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included in all hotel areas.
For culinary delights, there is the main restaurant "Elia" and the three à la carte restaurants "Il Gusto" (Italian), "Ammos" (Mediterranean), and "Gyros" (Greek), a lobby bar, four pool bars (one of which is adults-only), a snack bar, and an inviting beach bar.
In the green outdoor area, there are three freshwater pools, a children's pool, and the water park with four water slides. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included both by the pool and on the beach, and bath towels are provided free of charge.

The comfortably furnished double rooms have a double bed or twin beds, a bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (on request, for a fee) and kettle, as well as a furnished balcony with garden view (D).
An extra bed is provided for the 3rd person.
Also available for single use (DE) or with a side sea view (DMS/DES) upon request.

Double room Superior

All Superior double rooms have the same amenities as the standard double rooms, but are more spacious and feature a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (DSU).

Junior Suite

The generously designed Junior Suites consist of a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, a separate living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds, and a bathroom with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (on request; for a fee) and kettle, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (JS2).
Also available with a side sea view (J2S) upon request.

Family room

The family rooms consist of a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, a separate living/sleeping area with an extra bed, and a bathroom with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (on request, for a fee) and kettle, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (DF2).

The Superior family rooms are more modernly designed and consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a separate living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (on request, for a fee) and kettle, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (F2U).

Family room Comfort

Breakfast is served from 7-10 am in the main restaurant "Elia" and from 7:30-11 am in the "Ammos" restaurant, both as a buffet. Lunch is served from 12:30-2:30 pm in "Elia" and from 1-4 pm in "Ammos", also as a buffet.
Dinner is served from 6:30-9:30 pm in "Elia" as a buffet. You can also dine in one of the à la carte restaurants "Il Gusto", "Ammos", or "Gyros" (twice for a minimum stay of 7 nights, reservation required).
The following drinks are included with meals: hot drinks (filter coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, and hot chocolate), draught beer, house wine, as well as soft drinks and a selection of juices.
Snacks are available from 12 pm to 5 pm at the snack corner, and ice cream is available at the gelateria (for a fee) from 12 pm to 11:30 pm.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included according to the AI menu from 10 am to midnight at the respective open bar.

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays during the high season from April 1st to October 31st:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros

For stays during the low season from November 1st to March 31st:
