Facilities
The generously designed hotel complex comprises a total of 684 rooms, spread across 16 buildings. The hotel offers its guests a reception hall with a 24-hour reception, souvenir shop, and mini-market. Wi-Fi is included in all hotel areas.
For culinary delights, there is a main restaurant "Elia" and three à la carte restaurants "Il Gusto" (Italian), "Ammos" (Mediterranean), and "Gyros" (Greek), a lobby bar, four pool bars (one of which is Adults-only), a snack bar, and an inviting beach bar.
In the green outdoor area, you will find 3 freshwater pools, a children's pool, and the water park with 4 water slides. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included both by the pool and on the beach, and beach towels are provided free of charge.

All Superior Double rooms have the same furnishings as the double rooms but are more spacious and feature a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (DSU).

Junior Suite
The generously designed Junior Suites consist of a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, and a living/sleeping area separated by a door with 2 sofa beds. They feature a bathroom with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (on request; for a fee), kettle, telephone, and satellite TV, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (JS2).

Family room
The family rooms consist of a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, a living/sleeping area separated by a connecting door with a rollaway bed, and a bathroom with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (on request, for a fee), kettle, telephone, and satellite TV, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (DF2).
Superior Family room
The Superior Family rooms have a more modern design and consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a living/sleeping area separated by a door with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (on request, for a fee), kettle, telephone, and satellite TV, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (F2U).
Comfort Family room
All Comfort Family rooms feature two fully equipped bedrooms, each with a double bed or 2 twin beds, a living/sleeping area separated by a door with a sofa bed, a bathroom with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (on request, for a fee), kettle, telephone, and satellite TV, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (FC2).

Breakfast is served from 7-10 am in the main restaurant "Elia" and from 7:30-11 am in the "Ammos" restaurant, both in buffet form. Lunch is served in "Elia" from 12:30-2:30 pm and in "Ammos" from 1-4 pm, also in buffet form.
Dinner is served from 6:30-9:30 pm in "Elia" in buffet form. Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed in one of the à la carte restaurants "Il Gusto", "Ammos", and "Gyros" (twice with a minimum stay of 7 nights, reservation required).
The following drinks are included with meals: hot beverages (filter coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, and hot chocolate), draft beer, house wine, as well as soft drinks and a selection of juices.
Snacks are available from 12-5 pm at the snack corner, and ice cream is available at the Gelateria (for a fee) from 12 pm to 11:30 pm.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included according to the AI menu from 10 am to midnight at the respective open bar.
