Location

Located directly on one of Corfu's most beautiful, kilometer-long sandy beaches in the south of the island. The beach has been awarded the "Blue Flag" multiple times due to its good water quality. The former fishing village of Agios Georgios with its typical tavernas, cafes, and bars is about 200m away. Corfu town is approx. 28 km away, and the airport is approx. 27 km away.

Facilities

The generously designed hotel complex has a total of 684 rooms, spread across 16 buildings. The hotel offers its guests a reception hall with a 24-hour reception, souvenir shop, and mini-market. Wi-Fi is included in all hotel areas.
For culinary delights, there is a main restaurant "Elia" and three à la carte restaurants "Il Gusto" (Italian), "Ammos" (Mediterranean), and "Gyros" (Greek), a lobby bar, four pool bars (one of which is Adults-only), a snack bar, and an inviting beach bar.
The green outdoor area features 3 freshwater pools, a children's pool, and an aqua park with 4 water slides. Sun loungers and parasols are included both by the pool and on the beach, and beach towels are provided free of charge.

The comfortably furnished double rooms have a double bed or twin beds, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (on request, for a fee), kettle, telephone, and satellite TV, as well as a furnished balcony with garden view (D).
An extra bed is provided for the 3rd person.
Also available for single use (DE).

These double rooms, with identical amenities to the double rooms, offer a side sea view (DMS).

Superior Double Room

All Superior Double Rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but are more spacious and have a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (DSU).
An extra bed is provided for the 3rd person.

Junior Suite

The generously designed Junior Suites consist of a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, a living/sleeping area separated by a door with 2 sofa beds, and a bathroom with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (on request; for a fee), kettle, telephone, and satellite TV, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (JS2).

The Family Rooms consist of a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, a living/sleeping area separated by a connecting door with an extra bed, and a bathroom with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (on request, for a fee), kettle, telephone, and satellite TV, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (DF2).

Superior Family Room

The Superior Family Rooms have a more modern design and consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a living/sleeping area separated by a door with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (on request, for a fee), kettle, telephone, and satellite TV, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (F2U).

Comfort Family Room

All Comfort Family Rooms have two fully equipped bedrooms, each with a double bed or 2 twin beds, a living/sleeping area separated by a door with a sofa bed, a bathroom with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (on request, for a fee), kettle, telephone, and satellite TV, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (FC2).

All Inclusive

Breakfast is served from 7-10 am in the main restaurant "Elia" and from 7:30-11 am in the "Ammos" restaurant, both in buffet form. Lunch is served from 12:30-2:30 pm in "Elia" and from 1-4 pm in "Ammos", also in buffet form.
Dinner is served from 6:30-9:30 pm in "Elia" in buffet form. Alternatively, dinner can be taken in one of the à la carte restaurants "Il Gusto", "Ammos", and "Gyros" (2 times per minimum stay of 7 nights, reservation required).
The following drinks are included with meals: hot drinks (filter coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, and hot chocolate), draft beer, house wine, as well as soft drinks and a selection of juices.
Snacks are offered from 12-5 pm at the snack corner, and ice cream is available in the gelateria (for a fee) from 12 pm to 11:30 pm.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included according to the AI menu from 10 am to midnight at the bar that is open at the time.

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
