Location

The Alia Palace is stylishly integrated into the landscape, offering beautiful views over the deep blue Aegean Sea, and is quietly situated on the edge of the forest above the village of Pefkohori. A complimentary hotel shuttle runs several times a day to the village (approx. 500 m) with its restaurants and shopping facilities, as well as to the gently sloping, coarse sandy beach (approx. 900 m). Thessaloniki airport is approx. 97 km away.

This adults-only hotel (bookable from 16 years of age) with 110 rooms features a 24-hour reception, an air-conditioned "Poseidon" restaurant with a large terrace, an "Alia" à-la-carte restaurant, a lounge coffee bar, an internet center, and a jewelry shop. The outdoor area includes two swimming pools (one of which is heated) with a pool/snack bar, a pool terrace, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas (included). Double room Superior sea view

The renovated superior rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms with side sea view, plus bathrobes and slippers, as well as a furnished balcony with a direct sea view (DMU/DIM/MSA).
Also bookable for single use (DME).

Junior suites with private pool

The junior suites feature a double bed and a sofa, bathroom or shower/WC, bathrobes, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea making facilities, and a private pool. These are located on the ground floor with a terrace (ZJP/2TC/JBA).

Junior suite Panorama with private pool

The Junior Suite Panorama private pool rooms are high-quality and modernly furnished. They feature a double bed and a sofa, a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, bathrobes and hairdryer, air conditioning, 50" flatscreen satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea maker, and a terrace with a heated private pool and dreamlike panoramic views of the sea (QL2/QA2).

Villas

Located to the side of the main building in a quiet area. The villas feature a large bathroom with whirlpool and separate shower cabin, bathrobes, 50-inch satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), safe, a very high-quality and spacious living area with two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed, and a terrace with garden furniture and a private pool (V2).

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.

Arrival by car

From the airport, follow the route towards Chalkidiki/Nea Moudania. After passing Nea Moudania, follow the road towards Chalkidiki/Kassandra. After about 75 km, you will reach the village of Pefkohori. There you will find a sign for the Alia/Atrium hotels on the main road. Turn right here. You will first see the Atrium Hotel, and a few meters later, the Alia Palace Hotel follows.
